Got a strange one today, clicking on the test letter number it tells me
it is "not yet sent". the transponder is the correct one. The only way it will let me enter it is by ticking I received item but don't know exact date.

Do you have to have a business name and address to join, I e mailed them and they said they need panellists in my area but want my business name and to confirm my address, so not sure if I can join if I don't run a business from home.

They have business panellists and private panellists - I'm a private panellist using my home address. Reply to them making it clear you don't have a business and give them your home address details - depends what kind of panellists they are looking for in your area. The business panellists actually send the items in the post and the private panellists log receipt of them

I'm a business panellist and I never send anything. I only receive and log posted to me items.

Anyone else having a problem after signing into the Quotas site.I can sign in but when i click "received items" in the menu it comes up with an error.

log in now and see if it lets you go to a page like "account statement"
