I have got one that I could have entered from 17/04, 01/05 and 08/05, but these have never arrived with me. Just wondering if this is normal and they will be removed at some stage.

Yep, my list is growing ever longer, yet I've only received one letter in the last week or so. I've got items on there that I could have received from as early as the 2nd of April! I do hope they get on and remove them eventually or give a "this item never arrived" option.

Yes, there are a number showing for me which are numbered to suggest they are well over-due. Last week one of these did turn up - recognised by me as "delayed" because of the disposal date.

They will probably know that these weren't sent on time and will either remove them automatically or just ask us to confirm that they haven't been received. I'm just going to wait and see.

Thanks for replying. I thought I'd misplaced them and was about to start searching, but I thought I would not have lost 3 of them.

How does the points thing work doing this?Like in your account statement what is 100 points worth? and how many points do you need to draw it out?

From the email they sent on the 1st:

Please order your bonus until 7th July on your website to receive your award soon. Please note that awards which are ordered after 7th July will be processed in August only. All bonuses will be ordered with your chosen supplier on 8th July. We will inform you via email once your bonus has been ordered.

Haven't ordered anything myself so can't say from personal experience how long it will take.

I've never ordered payal I get amazon vouchers but they always arrive on the day stated at some point, for instance today it arrived in the morning,
last month it was after 5pm

They send you an email advising you of completion of your request and they are then in your Paypal account - probably be there by the beginning of next week.


Update - I applied for Paypal on 1 July and the payment has arrived in my account today.
