Anyone have any ideas what to do when you have to have an item redelivered? The postie attempted to deliver a box from Quotas on the 16th, but I had just gone out so he left a card to get it redelivered. It being Easter I couldn't have it redelivered until the 19th, but I don't know what date to put as my received date. The 16th - because the posties got it to my house then - or the 19th - because it had to go back through the system and the transponder probably picked up more info? I emailed them but I've not heard anything back as yet and it's a bit annoying having a box and the various bits sitting around waiting for me to lose them. Anyone else had a similar situation?0

I haven't yet received anything which was so large it needed to be handed over personally. So I can't help on the date question.
I did wonder about the words I have put in bold, especially "lose them".
(a) I should think you could return the transponder now - obviously making a note of the number (or checking online that it is the one allocated on their system) so that you can complete the report when you have confirmation about the delivery date.
(b) Are you keeping the items for the requested time or ditching them as soon as you have reported them online? For example, the first item that I can dispose of is not until next Monday and I've now got letters which should be kept until July. Or does the box not include a request for you to keep it for a period of time?0 -

Feels a bit odd to return the transponder before I've submitted the form to say I've received it, so I've not posted it back yet.
I have been keeping the items as requested. This one also requests I keep it until July. My "lose them" was perhaps badly worded, I just meant that I wanted to be able to put the letter and box out of the way with the others, rather than having it sitting beside my desk ready to get misplaced and end up never being submitted.0 -
Thanks for the info have just registered.Failure is only someone elses judgement.

Just received my 2nd notebook today.
The number of letters I am receiving seems to be increasing, as they said it would, & I have a number of items on list which haven't yet arrived.
Perhaps tempting fate, but it does seem to be a very well organised set-up.0 -

I was just thinking myself, that it seems very organised.I am also getting a lot of letters.Don't mind though.0 -
I'm also getting more items - this survey is a dream compared to the Royal Mail survey, no errors and easy online logging of items. I haven't had anything other than letters though, not that it should matter as we have a safe place organised with our postman for leaving parcels if we are out2020 Wins:

Yes, I've got loads of items listed to be delivered sometime, and it's very easy and well organised, so overall I'm very impressed. Unfortunately I've still not heard back from them about which date to enter for the box, so it seems their response to emails is as unreliable as TNS. I think I'm going to just put it as the later date and see if that raises any queries.0

Another 2 notebooks received in the last week!
When you are asked to say yes/no for "Is there a CBC code next to the address?". Do you only reply yes if it matches the one on their site and is actually on the letter?
I have received items which have similar codes printed on the envelope - these are not the RM ones which are longer.0
