Well done Daisybella, that'll be great experience for you!
Piratefairy, I'm with Goanmad on that one, it's making me feel so oooold! :rotfl:I think I've still got a few late 80s/early 90s ones hanging around (including a lovely dusty green one) so they're going on ebay if they're still in decent nick.
I've got a gorgeous long black velvet opera-style coat my husband bought for me last year, I absolutely love it.
Had a few meetings today, so thought I better make a bit of an effort!
black heavy jersey dress (Wall, sale, about £20 I think)
plum wool drapy cardigan (TKMaxx £25)
black wool tights
distressed black Frye buckled boots (Fenwicks sale)
blacket velvet coat - not the one above (Boden, had it for years now)
Have a great weekend everyone!0 -

judgejaq - glad it's not just me having nightmares.
Any of you younger fashionistas should be very, very wary of the dreaded body after a few drinks - I remember one of my friends wearing a body, visiting the loo and forgetting to fasten it and a guy kindly came over to later to point out that the flap was hanging out of the back of her jeans...:o0 -

I wear mine UNDER tights for these reason! (though I never go bare legged, ever, and I dread to think what I'd be like with a body in that case!)0 -
Oh dear, I have just won myself a velvet dress on ebay

Hi - well it's incredibly late and I'm now in my pyjamas but today I wore:
Black pencil skirt with tiny white dots (£15 East)
Black vest (£1 Primark)
See through black blouse with !!!!!cat bow and flower pattern (£8 Primark)
Black cardigan (£6 Primark)
Black pointy t-bar shoes (£25 Clarks sale)
Tomorrow though, I am going to make my most expensive purchase ever - I'm off to order my wedding dress all £1350 of it - eek! The most I've ever spent on a dress before is £66 so it's a bit of a leap!

Well hello there all. It's SO windy up North today - I've just had a haircut and all that styling was undone as soon as I stepped into the gale force weather! Never mind.
Here's mine for today:
Rose print tea dress (£22, ASOS... probably not the best idea to wear a dress in this wind!)
Purple cardigan
Grey wool tights
Black leather pumps with bows (£50, Aldo... I never wear these, not sure why)
Black skinny waist belt
Gold nameplate necklace
Happy Saturday!

Afternoon all!
Wind and rain here for me - sooo not going out today! Besides, I have job stuff to do (again, I know...), so for me today's outfit is:
- White T shirt with a picture of a piece of cheese and the words 'Cheesus Loves Me!' on it (Topshop)
- Long sleeved white top (Dorothy Perkins) under T shirt
- Blue/black jeans (Gap)
- Pink socks with teacups on (Topshop)
I think most of today will be spent doing job applications and having a good chill before Strictly tonight.

Horrible weather here too, hate the winds, it makes the rain even worse!
Worked this morning, so it was usual polyester dream attire for that.
Now wearing:
Tartan dress: £3 New Look sale
Black thermal tights: part of £3.50 multi pack Tesco
Black cardigan: Wallis (from Mum)
Another cardigan: £15 New Look0 -
Totally agree with the windy up North stuff! I live in a 4th floor flat so it sounds like we're about to be blown away!
I'm going to meet my friends in a bit and I'll be wearing:
Primark blazer - £12.78
Breton stripe tshirt from ASOS - £20 (I've got so much wear out of it it's unreal!)
Tights - £2 for a 5 pack from Primark
Denim shorts (cutoff from a pair of mens vintage Levis I bought) - £14
Ballet pumps - £6 Primark
Black quilted bag with gold chain by Marc B - £31.50 (student discount!) (another thing I've got masses of wear out of)
And possibly my H&M gold scarf that was about £6, depending on how cold it is, another wardrobe favourite of mine!0
