You girls are just so lovely :o
We did want to bury him, but we have a nosy cat who once dug up our neighbours rabbit

Primark haul which came to £23 and some change included

Matte/wet look zipper dress (hard to explain but I've wanted it for ages!) £5 down from £17
6 pairs of coloured tights (but half were for a tights mad friend) 50p a pair
    Hot water bottle £4
    Bra £3
    Notecards 50p
    Wallet £4
    Scarf £3.50
    Socks £1

I also did rather a lot of bargainous christmas shopping elsewhere, so I feel...organised if nothing else :rotfl:

Talking of ebay reminds me I need your advice please!

I have a long straight denim skirt with buttons up the front. Shall I keep it or ebay/charity it?? If I keep it, what can I wear with it??

I used to wear it, but outgrew it but now it fits again after losing weight!!

    Thank you.

Claireac, take a look at my outfit today - my denim pencil skirt is my absolute wardrobe staple! I wear it with all sorts - nautical style like today with a striped tee, red tights and pumps; vintage style with a floral high neck blouse and Mary Jane heels; relaxed with a grey t-shirt, knee high socks and plimsolls... it goes with everything and is really versatile. Definitely keep it and try out a few styles!

As for eBay, I really should use a sniper but I never seem to get round to it! I do often go over my maximum bid because I'm so caught up in the fight! This afternoon I won a BNWT Principles black high waisted tulip skirt, £8 inc. P&P so quite happy with that.

Daisybella, nice Primark haul! Shopping always cheers me up, nothing shallow about it. Hope you're feeling better now. :)

    Hello all!

I haven't been around for a couple of weeks, just been lurking a little but haven't been wearing anything of note and been feeling a little fat and frumpy.

Anyhoo, I have gone and bought some new autumn clothes... 2 pairs of those FAB flat ankle boots from Primark (purple and brown and thinking of getting the black too! :D) and them visited Gap - got cords, a LS t-shirt and a pair of size 5 brown flat boots from the kids' section... they were £30 but my 30% voucher made them £21! Total Gap haul was £50! Yahoo! I feel sort of organised for winter now (even though I hate it, grr to the cold weather).

    How are y'all? xoxoxoxoxo

hi tara, glad to see you're back :)

shopping seriously cheers me up too!! i don't care if it's shallow, i'm a very materialistic person, and whether that's a bad thing or not, that's the way i've always been..

anyway, today's outfit is a strapless black lace prom dress, topshop last yr..
black leggings, and a grey cardi with black rose print on, topshop £25..
also, still got the purple nails, and so a purple and grey floral print scarf, and a variety of purple and black beaded neckl;aces..forgot bracelets today tho and my arms feel weird!! :S
  • Morning peeps

Today I really can't be bothered. Whiplash injury still means I can't sleep properly (plus see my post on the pets board regarding my loon of a cat doing laps around the house since 5am!)
So, today I am mostly wearing:
Cream/white cosy jumper - Primark £5 (last year)
White vest top underneath - Primark £1.50 (last year)
Indigo bootcut jeans - Asda £8 (bought sometime this year)
Ladybird print socks - Primark £1.50
Black biker-style boots - New Look (no idea on price - OH bought them hee hee)

Good thing is next month, work brings in new uniform so I don't need to think what to wear in a morning....however, doubt the trousers are going to fit right and the shirts apparently are like cardboard lol.
Just like being at school again lol
;)I am not a complete idiot - some parts are missing;)

    Morning everyone :)

I feel like crap today so had no energy to accessorise or wear anything pretty, bah. And I've just realised that I look as if I don't shop anywhere but Dotty P's cos everything except the trainers was bought there!

Mid blue jeans, white long line vest top, white, yellow and blue checked cowboy shirt with rolled up sleeves, and a bashed old pair of Green Flash. I've got a cream scarf and cardi in my bag cos the weather is awful but I'm coping without them so far.

It's really cold here today, boo to that.

    I'm wearing:
Boyfriend jeans: silence and noise, £5 UO sale
    Leopard print 3/4 sleeve top, £7.99 H&M
Beige boyfriend cardi, Next, but stolen from Mum

    Hardly exciting!

Ohh and I've had an e-mail from New Look saying they want to interview on Oct 20th about my blog/style tips. I can't work out whether I want to do it or not. I get very, very camera shy!

Amazing, do it. You can't be that camera shy, you manage for your blog, and you are very lovely looking. :) Go for it.

I like this mornings weather. :o There is the promise of leaf kicking, bonfire smoke, pampkin soup and apple pie in the air and I have a tingle of excitement at the thought of frosty morning playing with my dogs and horses and warm snuggly evenings with DH and the cats.

That said, it doesn't help me choose clothes. I have a varied day today, especially this afternoon. with not much time to re-mkeup/get changed I hve to walk my friends extremely mucky dogs, do my own animals, get D from station (hopefully on a seven o clock train) because we are having people to supper at 7:30/8 pm. Relaxed ish supper, but not close friends, so feel need to be reasonably ''proper''. wore safe black dress and pucci-esque shoes last time I ate with these people, for simialr reasons.....think I might do my grey wonder dress, metallic blue/gold shoes tonight but hanker for rich autumnal velvets.
