lostinrates- I don't mind the weather, it's gorgeous out, I just hate being cold!
Oh Autumnal velvets, I'm craving either a velvet dress or skirt.

Vicki- thank you sweetie :o I'll probably do it, it's an amazing oppurtunity!

    Afternoon Gang!
Daisybella - congratulations on the New Look interest - could be your big break.

Noooooooooooooooo, Piratefairy! That's making me feel ancient, can't believe those things are making a come back, in fact my mum's never parted with her vast assortment of velvet, lace and lurex bodies and no threatening with breaking into the house and sticking them in the charity shop bag will make her part with them. She'll be delighted! On second thoughts I might rob 'em and put them on eBay before she gets back from her holidays tomorrow night - if people are prepared to pay nearly £30 what would I get for the 80's originals?

What a chilly day! I've had a swim and had a stroll around town and having a chill-out afternoon before the friday night partying kicks off.

    Today's outfit:
Black cotton tunic with embroidered and quilted bodice (From my sample haul on tuesday)
Grey TopShop Baxter jeans (£1 car boot)
Knee high leather boots with faux snake panels (£2 car boot at least 5 years ago)
Vintage 1960's tan suede mid-thight length waistcoat (£1 car boot)
Indian tribal bangles and rings (India)
Silver and black beaded chandelier earrings (Morocco)
Vintage 1950's huge gold framed bag with yellow rose print (20p car boot)

Have a lovely afternoon, girls and boys.

Daisybella, you MUST go for it! You love New Look! Well done you, that's such a fab opportunity! And if you don't do it, send them my way! ;)

My blog has totally stalled. I've been working late all this week and just haven't had the chance to write any more than the intro page and take one picture. BUT! I will get going again at the weekend and hopefully have something to show for myself on Monday.

Here's mine for today (after four outfit changes this morning... feeling rubbish!)

Black button down pinafore (£20, H&M years ago)
    Grey marl t-shirt
    Black leggings
    Grey knee high socks
Black leather boots (£80, Office years ago)
    Rich purple long cardigan
Long necklace with random vintage beads (handmade)
    Disco ball ring

    TGIF! :)

I'm going to do it, as long as it's at the store I can get to! I'm both nervous and very excited!
    Hurrah for fellow bloggers :D

Everyone has fantastic sounding outfits today, I feel like a right scruff...

off to the post office and for a mooch around the village now, so I feel like I've not entirely wasted the day!
