    Morning all:)

    Today I'm wearing

Stripey brown/beige/turquise loose fitting sheer shirt - Jane Norman
    Skinny white jeans - Earl
beige and turquise heels - Aldo

    white spy bag - Fendi

Stupid fringe look marginally better today after excess blow drying this morning, now it looks like a comb over which is actually an improvement:rotfl:

    Morning all!

    Today's outfit is:

    - Charcoal grey wide leg trousers (French Connection via sister)
    - Black tucked in vest top (Topshop)
    - Green cardigan with short puff sleeves (Next)
    - Nude ballet pumps with black bow (Dorothy Perkins)

In work until quarter past five, mostly doing interview stuff, then home to finish packing. My aunt, uncle and cousin are coming for dinner tonight as my cousin (who's kind of like a little brother to me) is going to uni on Saturday so it's kind of like a send off for him.

Also, a question for you guys: If you were interviewing people for a job, and a candidate walked in in the following outfit, would you think she looked OK?

    - Grey pinstripe trouser suit
    - White long sleeve shirt with thin pink stripes
    - Black round toe kitten heels

    Have a good day everyone!

Me too! I'm currently waiting for some fabulous leather boots to arrive from eBay. They're Miss Sixty and cost £125 in the shops last year (I wanted them!) but found them on eBay, won them at £39 including postage and then had the full postage cost refunded due to some mix up. So £31 for the boots! Although I have had to wait two weeks for them... hope they come today! :)

Minerva, I'd think that this stylish candidate certainly knows how to dress to impress, and I'd give her the job! ;)

    Here's today's:

Floral tea dress with ruffled hem (New Look, £20? a while ago)
    Cherry red tights (M&S, £4)
    Navy blue cardi
    Black skinny belt
Black patent pumps with gold detail
    Skinny gold bangle stack
    Nameplate necklace
Patent red handbag with gold chain straps (Matalan, £8)

    Happy Tuesday!

I would think she looks very professional and stylish and probably better dressed than me :rotfl:

I have completely run out of ironed, nice clothes :o So after a quick rummage around the bottom of my chest of drawers I'm wearing:

Ancient brown cords - Dotty P's
Ancient white v neck 3/4 sleeve top - Dotty P's
Work gilet (forest green, v. comfy)
    Ancient Green Flash - Schuh

Must do some ironing tonight! :o
  • Hi everyone

I've not been around for the last couple of weeks - had dreadful dental experience alleviated only by the actions of my marvellous dentist, who had to take a wisdom tooth out last week. I've never had to have any dental work done before; no fillings, no extractions, nothing - so it was a bit traumatic. Still, I was brave and the pain is now sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much better!

Anyhoo. Today's outfit is as follows:

Cream linen trousers - Banana Republic
    Purple shirt - H&M
    Purple/white trainers - Reebok

Bit of Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male (it's a 'purple' day so I felt like I needed a 'purple' fragrance!)

My hair is a disaster at the moment. I'm growing it out a bit so it's now too long to go spiky, but not long enough or the right shape to have the fringe and bits at the side flopping around my ears, which is what I'm going for. HATE the inbetween bit. I'd wear a hat but I'm really really really really not a hat man.

In fact there are only two men in this world who I believe can genuinely pull off hats - Prince and Ne-Yo. And I look like neither of them. Although the 'purple' is in tribute to the little funk twerp, who's 'Diamonds and Pearls' album I had on the iPod this morning on the way in. Epic funk pop pride!

    An utter berk, 2010.

What are the boots like?? I missed out on some Miss Sixty's recently, but may try and find another pair similar..
And glad to see you went for the cherry red tights, after mention that it was the wrong weather the other day!! :)

Hello PirateFairy, where have you been recently? I always like to hear about your outfits.

The boots are brown leather, slightly cowboy style with a stacked heel and bit of a pointy toe. I've got my eye trained on the office entrance for a postman with a big, boot-shaped package! :)

Cherry reds are working well today, it's sunny but blustery and I'm so bored of black leggings. :rotfl:
