  • Hi all! I'm festivalling this weekend, although not camping as the site is a 20min train ride away. So I'm chilling out at home until we set off again at 3.30pm. Yay!

    Yesterday I wore:
Black and white striped vest with flamingo motif (Matalan, £8)
    Denim shorts (ASOS, £12)
    Black leggings
Long black and white stripy socks (Primark, £1.50)
    Leopard print wellies (Barratts, £22)
    Floral raincoat (Primark, £10)
Across the body black leather tooled bag

Only a little rain, then the sun came out! I have a red face today as a result! Today is forecast for drizzle, so I'll be wearing:

Long black and white striped vest (French Connection sale, £10)
    Black leggings
Grey zip up hoody (H&M ages ago, £15?)
    Skinny black waist belt
    Piled up gold necklaces
    Long black socks
Black leather boots (then leopard print wellies when we get there, going for lunch first)
    Raincoat
    Black slouchy beret
Across the body black leather tooled bag

    Happy Sunday all! :)
  • Changed my mind... am now wearing:
Purple, yellow and grey graphic floral print jersey dress (Topshop, £25)
    Purple cardi
    White vest
    Black leggings
    Long black socks
    Black boots (wellies for later...)
    Owl pendant
    Skinny black waist belt
    Coffee coloured knitted hat

    Bye! :)

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Its suddenly cold.

Today white and black (now very faded) jersey dress. I love dresses ne can just pull on, quicker and more comfortable than jeans. Opaque tights, black flats and when I go out this afternoon probably a red mohair cardigan.

Hello dudes! It's sunny here! Weather forecast's looking good from wednesday onwards - don't go packing those sandals away just yet awhile!

Just back from a morning's booting and BF is cooking me a big veggie brunch. Can't wait to examine my bargains.

    I'm wearing:

Vintage 70's flutter sleeved white mini dress with blue ethnic embroidery (20p boot sale)
    Black leggings (pressie from friend)
Tan leather boots (50p car boot)
Silver tribal bangles and rings (India)
Silver hoop earrings with turquoise beads (another pressie)
Tooled tan leather 1970's cartridge bag worn across the body

    Have a great afternoon.

    Hello folks.
Really unpredictable weather here at the moment - it's not cold but it's overcast and has been raining off and on. I'm stuck at work today and I seriously couldn't be bothered making an effort, seeing as I'll barely see a soul here, so wearing:

faded boyfriend jeans (£6 New Look)
black loose fit t-shirt (£4 New Look)
tan Pied a Terre suede slouchy boots (Fenwicks sale, about £30/40ish)

Might go to the cinema after work, depending on how tired I am, but will nip home to change first.

    I'm so angry with myself.

I went and bought a new bra and knickers today, just from M and S. I've lost a little weight and need something just a cup size down. This timed well with buying some clothes for my dad, who is not a great shopper. So of dad, DH and I went, each one of us holding th bags at some point, and we've got home and my bra and knickers aren't there. I've phoned the shops I can remember going into afterwards (not many) and they are not there. I could cry. Stupid, eh?

My lovely dad bought me a lipstick as a thank you present for going with him, but I wasn't there and didn't get to choose. Its lovely, just not a normal shade for me (its the new Dior Serum de Rouge, in the colour its being advertised in, Raspberry, which is darker than it appears in the adverising) I had said last week I loved it, but if I were there Imight have chosen smething different. OTOH, this might be a nice change for a while. :)

lostinrates, if you haven't used the lippie you can swap it for another one, if you don't have the receipt tell them what happened and they will probably swap it anyway, if you have used it mix a small amount with vaseline or similar to make a lighter gloss, you could also try using it is a natural type glowy blusher so your are super co-ordinated hth, oh yeah, your dad has excellent make up taste;)Sorry about the undies:(
Thank you for this site Martin
The time for change has come
    Good luck for the future

Hi Goanmad, I just got back (work in the morning, can't be too late!) from Bingley Music Live 2009. Bingley is a town just near Bradford (although I'm sure you could guess that!) and the festival is held in a park just outside the town centre. I think it's the first year it's been on, and it was absolutely fab. A weekend ticket was £25 and we saw Futureheads, Doves, Editors, Calvin Harris, VV Brown, Ocean Colour Scene, loads of people. No camping but it's only 20 mins away on the train so really great for us. It rained a little bit but nothing my Primark raincoat and leopard print wellies couldn't handle! I've had a great weekend and I only have four days at work before I'm off for a week. Hurrah! :)

PS - I'm now wearing leggings, knee length socks, a white cotton tee and a long grey cardi. ;)

Well I've returned from camping in the middle of deepest darkest Derbyshire. Chucked it down while we were putting the tent up on Friday night but other that it's been grand (if a little cold).

So yesterday we were visiting Haddon Hall and wandering round Bakewell (and buying lovely new jewellery :D ):

    Black jeans - Evans
Long line white vest top - Dotty P's
Thin striped grey and white boyfriend cardi - Next clearance store
Long silver necklace with owl pendant
    Lots of silver bangles
    Silver and moonstone earrings
Black canvas ankle boots - Office

Today we were climbing up extremely steep hills (knackering!) in search of stone circles so I had to be a bit more practical:

    Black jeans - Evans
Long line black vest top - Dotty P's
    Black cardi - Next
Fleece - so ancient I can't read the label! Might be Regatta.
Blue flower stud earrings - Accessorize
Walking boots - Lidl (a total bargain at £7.50)
