No problem doll, I've bought a lot of mine this year, but I'm planning to make a few for family etc rather than buying special ones :)

    Ooh,
20% off urban outfitters today, with code HAPPYTHURSDAY (applies to sale stuff too)

Of course this isn't going to distract you from baking and Christmas card writing for a moment is it?!!:rotfl:

Or does my note of caution come too late!;)

nope, I've being very restrained, as the only stuff I want is kind of trivial things...not such a bargain when you won't wear/use them
    so not ordering.

*feel free to laugh, a lot, if I come back later saying I ordered!*

Goodness, we are quiet in here today.

Does this mean no-one's wearing anything or that the gloomy winter weather has put paid to any fancy outfits?

I peeked at Urban Outfitters after Daisybella's kind discount tip, the store is my first stop for inspiration but the website never seems very exciting - the male models are quirky, indie types and the female ones seem bland in comparison. The lighting and choice of music must make a huge subliminal difference to my reactions.

A bright, sunny start here this morning and I had several envious texts from pals stuck at work, jealous of my car booting. It was bloomin' chilly, though!
I've spent the afternoon attempting to be creative (my efforts have just be updated on my blog).

    Today's Outfit:
Emerald green leggings (Topshop - ancient)
Refashioned black skinny jeans, ripped to pieces (Car boot)
Black long top (Mango via boot sale)
Emerald green vintage wool jacket (Jumble sale)
Urban Outfitters studded scarf necklace (Car boot)
Tribal silver jewellery and rings (India)
Silver tasselled earrings (H&M via car boot)

Also wore my vintage leopard coat, black angora beret and wellies but took them off earlier!

    Have a lovely evening.
    XxXx

You have a lovely evening too.

You really want to know? Today I spent most of the day in two pairs of socks, pyjamas under tracksuit trousers a vest, a t shirt and a slightly shrunk in the wask cashmere jumper.:o I was dressed properly this morning, for about 50 minutes:o

Goan- the website never inspires me either...yet I can while away a good hour or so in the store (mainly getting jewellery ideas!)

I'm in such a shopping mood,
well..no. I'm in a bad mood and want to shop to "fix" it!

It won't fix it ..it will come back later, and its not moneysaving!

How about trying something creative instead? ;)

I could always make some more jewellery I guess, haha,
already made a glut of keyrings as stocking fillers

plus muffins and cookies this morning

gave up on Christmas cards when my mood went downhill!

    Yeah,
I could stop procrasinating on the charm bracelet I'm doing for a friend. It'll get me off ebay, and UO too :p

Can I make a request for your next blog entry, Daisy? Share some of your recipes, pretty please! I haven't baked in a while and I could do with some culinary inspiration. xxx
