    Shelter were brilliant they sorted it within one court hearing and the sheriff chased B.H. solicitor out of court. :j :j
    Financial Ombudsman were also absolutely first class, it took a while for them to deal with the complaint. It was worth the well wait though. They read Black Horse the riot act and gave them a severe !!!! kicking. :T :T :D:D
