  • Not much ambiguity in Dippychick's (to dizziblonde), was there?

Wit has it's limits. I have no idea what she was trying to achieve; maybe she will explain later.
Im not getting involved. I am probably the most mis quoted person up here as it is. i often write with ambiguity because I know the female brains. ability to find the wrong meaning
Who I am is not important. What I do is.

But who granted anyone the power - IRL or on the internet - to be the Fashion Police - and sit in judgement of people who - for many many many reasons may not have the will, inclination to dress like something from Grazzia, Look or Harper's Bazaar.

To be fair, this thread is not called 'how not to dress' or 'wait till you hear about the state of so-and-so', it's about tips on how to dress better for one's shape. If we didn't link some of the comments to size/shape they wouldn't make any sense. Most of the comments here have been perfectly nice and constructive and I for one have found a lot of them very useful. :o

Are you referring to dippychick's post in the BMI thread? If so, then I must agree it was absolutely shocking.

Fair enough- I am finding myself caught up in my own beliefs in the exchange with vik and again straying into preachy territory. Must stop it.

Seems that dizziblonde became the target of Dippychicks wierd-more-suited-to-MoneySaversArms-humour. Plus I'm getting a bit muddled with who has posted what and where (including self).

    Apologies for derailing.

I'm confused, everyone seems to be a dizzy or dippy blonde chick!

I could be describing myself there, actually.

See how many names you can think up with the initials D.B.C. - with B for Blonde (I know the one that would apply to me..)

    Dopey Blonde Cow ?

That'll do - it's more polite than I would have expected.
