    Replacement specs arrived today, many thanks for your help.

  • I ordered glasses from selectspecs but when I received them the had chips out of the lens. This was dealt with quickly and I sent them back to have the lenses replace.
    Today I received the glasses back with the new lenses installed and they are worse than the original pair. They have a chip out of them in a different place than the last time and also the lenses seem to have been cut completely the wrong sharp and don't sit in the frames very well.

    I have asked for a refund but am still waiting on a reply.

    My order number is 259132.

  • Why do they have a lot of negative views and I am using them for the first time and not feeling too comfortable but I have paid them, they are asking me for my credit card statement, is this normal? Do they sell original specs? And why are they so slow without any number to call them on!

    Please do not panic, we launched a new version of our website on Monday which has affected the values of some orders in customer accounts, you have not been over charged.

    Hi Frustrated. Not sure you read my message correctly but the prices have not changed, you have been charged the correct amount for the product and your order is in production now - hence we cannot cancel. As stated above the problem was due to the system update error, if you check your account now the correct amount is displayed.

    You have not been overcharged at all.
