Just reporting in on my dissertation decluttering. I have managed 786 words today, don't think I will make my 1000 word target for today but I am happy that it at least got me working. Realised what time it was at 6.30, still had to go for a run so we put potatoes in the oven and went, OH didn't do it all but enough to support me. Just had dinner, need to wash up and go shopping and my brain is fried hence the chance of not doing any more studying!!

There is no good pushing it when you aren't getting anywhere or are tired...it'll just give you a negative feeling.

A slightly better studying result today, not only have I written 566 words (the target was 500) but I have broken the 3,000 barrier. I am now a quarter of the way to the minimum word count and a fifth of the way to the upper. I feel far more positive about my work now.

Today's goal was another 500 words and I have smashed it, have just finished at 1020 with the total now being 4759 so I am well on the way to my word count (only another 1241 and I am half way).

I am at work this afternoon so am going to stop and shower and have lunch etc.

Sitting here bashing away at my dissertation. I have 6,359 so over halfway. It needs to be sent 3 weeks today so I need to get moving.

Just had some finance stuff through from 2 parts of my stocks and shares ISA and I have made £290.43 on both in the last 6 months, not bad for a not so good economy!

I thought it would be a long night but not too bad in the end. I have just printed it off and apart from checking that the pages look ok I am refusing to check over it again.

    Final word count 13,556
