I have managed to get my daily interest to £3.40 by some miracle, it was £3.57 back in September!!!

We have just got back from a week's holiday in France and now I really need to get on with finishing my dissertation. I am not nearly as organised or as far on as I had hoped but I that should change (it will have to). I will pop in and update how I am doing.

Awww...bless you. I've just finished my next assignment - already got to get my dissertation proposal together and start planning it though.

When is yours due? It feels like we been discussing our assignments for a million years now. My friend pointed out that I've not had one year EVER where I've not bee doing one qualification or another since I started school!! It depressed me slightly. My dissertation should be finished next year sooooooo I am vowing to NOT take anything else on. I will have some down time I think....I'm owed it!

I'm very impressed with your daily interest as well...I'm aiming for under £5 per day...but I'm a while off that yet!

It is due mid-May which is really scary. I have only had 2 years off studying since starting school, each time I vow not to take anything on but I really enjoy pushing me and my mind. I finished school and went and did my degree (3 years). Joined the forces and after a year started studying for another degree (5 years), had a year out after that even though I wanted to start my masters straight away and then started the masters which has taken 2 years. I am looking forward to taking care of my garden etc and finding new hobbies which don't involve having my head in a book.

Was going to try and do 1000 words today but have just got in from 4 hours climbing and I am exhausted so will just have to see what I can get done. Did time consuming things like the bibliography and footnotes etc tomorrow so at least I won't have that to do at the end! Will post how I get on.

How odd! I spent 3 hours bouldering! Great minds eh?? No climbing for me because I am currently without a harness. :( DH just bought one for himself so I'm considering reinvesting in one. I instruct on the school wall so haven't needed one for ages....just been using schools.

I do the bibliography as I go through it....I can't focus enough to do it all at once. I'm a year behind you on the MA front then. Mines going to be 3 years all told. Yawn. Wish it was done though...I'm going to aim to spend a good week of my summer on it though (how sad) - to try and get it out of the way nice and early! :D

    My list for the week

    Monday 1000 words
    Tuesday 500 words
    Wednesday 500 words
    Thursday 500 words
    Friday 1000 words
    Saturday 500 words
    Sunday 1000 words

This would take my total at the end of the week to 6650 with next week following the same kind of pattern. If I want to finish with plenty of time for tweaking at the end then I need to stick to this. I will let you know how it goes.

Oooh and something to look forward to, if I get to my word limit for today then I am going to spend tonight looking at B & Bs for the end of May as we are going down to Northumberland for the weekend to do some walking and play with my GPS that I got for Christmas :D

Sounds like an excellent reward for all your hard work!! Hmmm....think my reward will be a stroll up Snowdon...followed by something else nearby...but it'll be June I reckon before I get round to it. Doh!

I am quite confused. I was rewriting my intro in a separate document, wrote 483 words compared to the original measly 190, imported it back into the original essay and seem to have written 572 words??? Nevermind the total is now in the 2000s and I am claiming the higher number so have about half left to go. My brain is fried so I am taking a break.
