I had submitted my 3rd claim in the begining Aug and I finally got an e-mail on 10th Oct that it has been approved and I will get my cheque within 10 days. But I havent received anything as yet, so I e-mailed regarding it but they havent replied to it yet. I will wait for another few days and e-mail again.. keeping the RM strike in mind.

Is there a chance they will say that the cheque was lost in post?

    Thanks
I wanted to thankyou a million times but its a shame that I can press the button just once :T

I wouldn't bother; they'll ignore it and the cheque won't make an apprearance for at least another month, I'll wager!

ajax:- yes; yes; probably - statutory interest and court fees if nothing else - all covered on here on various threads and on the moneyclaim website; no (Stafford - registered office of Mobile Affiliates Ltd).

Hi, you write on the MCOL form what you wrote to CNM in LBA, however space is limited to only 26 lines as far as I remember so be more focus and to the point. Stafford address as said before is the one to be used as MCOL doesnot P.O.Box address and registered address is the right one. I hope this helps.

Using the moneyclaim online service, is there anything I should be aware of, apart from putting the same sort of facts in there as I did in my letter to cool new mobile.

Also I am assuming that the service address should be the nottingham address rather the cashback claim address?

Thanks in advance for your help on this

    Thanks.

I am still in dispute with them.

I would urge anyone with the wrong reference number issue to not to let this pass. They have made me an offer but I've rejected it because I don't think it is fair enough....

Still awaiting a response from my lba, have had a couple of emails from the claims processing department (I resubmitted with the other reference number and copy statement with LBA), latest on Friday, saying would have response in 3 working days.
    I think....

I have been waiting for my first cashback cheque for about 4 months, in fact my second claim is in, and has been acknowledged
They have kept me up to date with the progress to be fair, and after all their petty timescales I was told the cheque had been dispatched and would be with me on 1/11/07
    It still has not arrived.
I emailed them to find out more, below is the reply, obviously holding onto to my money earning interest, until the very last

    Hello,
Thank you for your email. Unfortunately, due to a new processing system
that we have recently put in place we have encountered a few minor
technical difficulties due to this which has led to a small backlog and
delay with getting the cheques despatched. However, please rest assured
    it
will be despatched to you at the soonest possible date.

Look back through recent postings by me - it seems that if you threaten them with an LBA they will soon cough up. They are talking complete codswallop.
Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.

Same reply as mine Sam. I informed that that payment needs to be made within 7 days or LBA and if necessary Moneyclaim Online.
