Thanks Becky. They have been on the phone again (in the last 2 mins) and they are now coming at 3.30 and 6.30 - ho hum - at least they are investors though and we can't be bothered with them (the agents) anymore - the sooner they sell it the better and I will tidy as best I can but hey hum - it's got to be better than moving.

Thanks Pooky - if we were just tenants I think they have to give notice (not sure how much though and can't just come aroung when they like).LL wanted us out but agents managed to persuade him to let us stay and they are trying to sell to another LL but obviously they can't turn down private buyers.
I think although we thought we had signed up for another year we are on a rolling 2 month contract - so they just have to give us 2 months notice.
Just not sure I have the energy to fight them all the time and putting up with it has got to be better than moving (again).
We might have to give up and move though just for a quiet settled life.

Its really annoying for longer threads - if I want to check what I was doing last week on the running thread I'll now have to click 'previous' about 30 times!!!

i think you can go direct to a page by changing the number in the box next to 'Go'
