Morning All

well the sun is trying to come out but at least its not raining I guess! Have managed to get someone to cover my holiday today thank goodness, last thing I wanted to do was go to work today as I have millions of things to do today.
So today I shall be popping to town to post some parcels, going to toyshop to buy some playmobile for DD's birthday (another present she probably won't play with *sigh*)
Try and get remaining school uniform
Go to tesco
Go to allotment if I can fit it in and maybe take DD to the playpark
OH has got to sign on this morning then I have a list of jobs for him to do...if he thinks he is going to be sat around on his computer all day he can think again :mad:

    That's a busy day Sally.

    Today my hubby should find out if there's any light at the end of the tunnel as far as his work goes.

    And the f*cking fridge has broken

    Good morning! I'm up and full of porridge and have 20 mins to kill before I set off to York (and work!)
    I changed gyms last night and am now a member of The Village (I'm in the Village People!)
    And off out for a run tonight with a proper running club :eek:

    :mad: at the fridge Linda - always the way when you've got other things to worry about!

    Sally - Glad you managed to find someone to cover you work wise.

    Not alot planned here today - DD's wore themselves out yesterday at the sports centre, even DD1 who I think it turning nocturnal, was asleep by 9.30pm.....I shall let them sleep in this morning. Might muck out DD2s room at some stage, I brought her a mosquito net/bed canopy ages ago but we've never got round to putting it up - might bribe her today - tidy room = canopy.

    Need to sort the finances out today too - both DD's need school shoes, school trainers, slippers, football/hockey boots, trainers for home.....ouch!

    Sally..........my head is spinning just reading your list for today, get OH up off his bum and helping!

    I must get my bum into gear too if I want to sort myself out before I go back to work. Need to flylady and Ebay...............LOTS.
    But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

    Morning all!

    Hope you get good news today Linda - rubbish about the fridge - dont the companies have to take them back now for disposal under the WEEE objective??

    I have a bite the size of a 50p on my back from the race on Saturday :eek: Luckily I already have some cream at work from another bite a few weeks ago but its in just the wrong place for reaching!

    Flylady?? Sounds a bit strange to me - but then I love cleaning :D

    Well I've done a spreadsheet of all our outgoings and if the worst does happen my wage will cover all our priority outgoings - mortgage, utilities, council tax etc..... with £537.98 per month left over for living, food, petrol and the non priority debts which are only the big consolidation loan that hubby & I took out pre- MSE that will end in April 2012 and the outstanding Barclaycard balance.
    We cleared all the others with the loan and the old endowment policy.

    Hope it all works out for you Linda.
    Have you tried clearing the drainage hole on the fridge?
    Sally, I'm exhausted looking at your list.
    Today I realy must look at nasty shop accounts and make the calls.
    DD1 might come over with Samuel this afternoon so that's an incentive.

    Now - more coffee or shower?:confused:
    It's very easy to do nothing wth no work structure to the day.
