I have decided not to go back to work until my tablets have finished as they are knocking me out. I slept for 12 hours last night
they seem to be working as im relatively calm although i don't really feel like myself.
I've phoned both jobs and they are ok with that so i have until Monday to try and sort myself out. I can't believe its been a week since everything happened and i've not had a good cry since Monday.... which i don't think is a good thing... the tablets seemed to have numbed my emotions and im worried that once i stop taking them everything is going to hurt just as much.... maybe im just thinking too much
The only problem now is that im not going to get a wage at all next week from my 2nd job which is not good news but it cant be helped. I think my health is more important than money.
The good news is that some of the stuff i listed on ebay has sold already using buy it now so in total i have made £35 from stuff i bought for him and one of the CD's im selling is up at £19 with 7 days to go
I have been able to withdraw £50 from my paypal account which some of it can be used for the RBS credit card payment i need to find £120 for. I think after i give my mum back the money she's used for postage i should have £30 left which will only leave £90 to find and i get paid 2moro from my 2nd job so if i don't pay anything into my car or house account i can use that £30 towards it to.
I think my problem is paying the bills as soon as they come in rather than waiting till nearer the due date and i have the money. Also i probably shouldn't be making any overpayments until i have enough to pay all the bills.
At the moment im going to have to use any money made from selling [STRIKE](his)[/STRIKE] my stuff towards my RBS card until i can afford the payment.
I think i will need to look at things differently for next month and sort out a plan and stick to it. Anyone got any ideas??? Im going to go write down statement dates and payment due dates to try and figure something out cause i want to start to have a life again even if it means just one night out a month its a start.

Well i've managed to get through the first week which i really didn't think would be possible this time last week but thanks to friends on here and at work i've managed it.
I decided to take £80 out of my car savings account so that i have enough in to cover the RBS credit card direct debit.
Im going to update my totals now just to see how i've done this month.

ROYAL BANK OF SCOTLAND £-1000 now £-985.06 (paid £14.94)

TOTAL CREDIT CARDS OUTSTANDING: £27523.74 now £27108.05 (paid off £415.69)
TOTAL AMOUNT OUTSTANDING £28804.20 now £28352.19 :j (paid off £452.01) :j
SAVINGS:
DUNFERMLINE £151.00 now £91.00 (used £100 to pay my gas bill) (this is for my house, tv licence, insurance etc)
HALIFAX £260.00 now £240.00 (this is for my car, road tax, insurance, service, MOT etc) (i've taken £80 out of this account to use for my minimum payment to RBS credit card but this will be paid back into this account)
WORK ACCOUNT £163.00 now £100.57 (took £100 out to use for my week off work) (savings for xmas £25 comes out of wages every month for this. It will pay for food, xmas nite out, an outfit and birthday / xmas presents)
Other works account £46.20 now £51.65 (this is used for postage for ebay)
TOTAL SAVINGS £620.20 now £483.22 used £136.78
In total this month I have paid £780.66 towards my debt :T
The total interest charged this month is £320.47
My target for April was to pay £650 towards my debts so i managed to exceed this by £130.66 :T
So i have decided that for May im going to make my target for credit cards £700.00 (as my minimum payments will be around that figure) but also add on an extra £100 that i need to repay into my car account so Mays target is £800.00
I have the money put aside for my MNBA minimum payment £94.98 and RBS minimum payment of £220.00 so that means that for May i already have £314.98 put aside so i only have to find £385.02 for May  I also want to put back the £80 that i took out my savings for my car account and the £20 that i should have put into the account today so in effect i need to find £485.02
MAY TARGET £800.00 money put aside £314.98 still to find £485.02 by 31st May 2007
Probably just as well that i have £59.00 worth of stuff selling on ebay so am hoping that the total increases (fingers crossed)
Sorry for the long post just wanted to get a clear picture of where i am and what i need to do.

Buddiebabe, I'm really glad you have put it all down in black and white (and red and blue
), it really shows how much you have achieved. You've set yourself a tough target for May, but based on how well you've done this month, it sounds like you can do it. We're behind you all the way!!

Thanks snaggles i think i should be able to make May's target im sure i have overtime to get from my main job next month, but i really cant remember how much
The only think i see as being a problem is repaying the money to my car account.... as its not really a debt (except to myself) im not going to get a wage from my 2nd job next week as i haven't worked at all so i won't be able to put the money away for my car or house next week so i should really have added £30 onto that figure.
Im just hoping that alot of my ebay stuff will sell so that i can repay the money into my savings and then start to build up the money for May's minimum payments.
I've still not factored in any money for food shopping or petrol which i will need to get next week but i'll worry about that nearer the time.

Just make sure you DO, otherwise I'm coming up there and I'll force feed you my cooking......and believe me you DO NOT want THAT to happen :rotfl:

Hello buddiebabe
Wow - well done on paying off so much debt last month and best of luck with meeting the May target, I'm sure you'll do it. Hope you do well on the ebay sales.Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620 -
Thanks for all the offers of being force fed  don't know if id like that but then again free food is always a bonus
The only reason i've not factored any money for food is that i think i have enough to keep me going at the moment but i have £10 in my purse that i can use to get essentials if needed. Or i might just make some bread... i have everything in for it so should do it...just not today
I went to collect the clothes from the lady from freecycle yesterday (they are great - 3 big bags full) with my sister and on the way back we went to tesco and my sister bought me some supplies (i had £2 in coupons so she paid the difference) so as we speak i have a chicken cooking in my slow cooker... it won't be ready until around 9pm tonight but considering i've not had anything to eat yet it will be ready in time for dinner and don't worry im just going to get something to eat right now!!!

It's only on occasion that my cooking is described as "food"."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Well i woke up today feeling quite positive and ready to tackle ebay and also some tidying up.
Looking forward to May starting new month new start
Anyway i got a phone call from my boss saying she is coming to visit me 2moro  Now im going back to work on Wednesday and i have no idea why she's coming when i could see her at work on Wednesday... she says its just to see how i am but i've a really horrible feeling theres some other reason for it
Other problem is that my house is a mess... now i don't just mean untidy i mean a real mess. I have 10 boxes of stuff to sort through lying around my living room ( need to sort into ebay, carboot and fling out ) and i've been doing a little bit every day but now i need to get all of these out of the living room so there's at least somewhere for her to sit 2moro.
It just means that instead of listing stuff on ebay and cleaning the bathroom and kitchen (which is what i had planned for today) im now going to have to run about silly trying to find some place to put the stuff
Maybe im just over reacting but i have a really funny feeling about 2moro
