I quite like it, not sure about the loops of pearls underneath, but apart from that I think it's nice...but then I'm a July 2011 groom, so my opinion doesn't matter on this thread ;)

I really like your tiara (it is my colour scheme so i might be a little biased!) I cant believe you made it yourself! I hope your BM likes it.

Becky, it was really simple, its started off life as this : http://www.amazon.co.uk/Andrew-Barton-Flowers-Sparkle-Headband/dp/B0046BP5Y0.

I them got some pearls and added then to the headband (had to snip the ends and then twist then to stop falling back off) and then threaded some pearls on jewellry wire and twisted them on underneath. I then added stick on sparkles and purple beads (ebay).

I think because it has cost me so little to make I'm worried everyone will think it looks awful and cheap. But I'm not really sure I want to spend the best bit of £100 on a tiara.

    30 days to go!

H2B left for stag in Ibiza yesterday... so strange being in an empty flat but enjoying sleeping like a starfish!

Trying to think of things to keep me busy instead of eating! seating plan, photographer list of photos done and bridesmaid fitting on Saturday followed by food and drinks gathering after.

Getting jittery now! Had a slight 'gulp-panic' moment as I stood sweating, staring into the gym mirror at 7am! Had to put my weights down and run some more to get rid of the feeling!! Please tell me I won't have to run on the morning of my wedding... although I will have time- hairdresser would not like it as I'm instructed to only wash it the night before- and NO conditioner!! eeek!

Saturday was spent decanting gin into little corked bottles and attaching the labels- look fabulous! Sorted table plan- would be far easier with a buffet or a picnic but we're there now! H2B is making the table plan and it's already looking great in draft form! :)

Posted the last 5 evening invites tonight, am still chasing up work RSVP's, need to pack for a weekend residential with 31 children (will be rainy!), contact the Deanery Office and tell them that we are not prepared to pay out any more money (wanted to use the grand piano in church but it comes at yet again an extra cost! H2B gets laid off on 24th- next Friday- was given a week and a half of official notice). We're already laying out for service, banns, verger, flowers (compulsory contribution of £100), bells, organ and organist (despite how the list of fees reads- wanted use of organist for £26 and bring in our own, saving £85 but not possible- still have to pay organist fee whether we use or not!). I'm sure if we took a cd player to play our music they'd charge for the electricity!

Order of Service booklets are just about ready to be printed- just need to finalise the non-religious reading... anyone any ideas of a nice poem/song lyrics? We've found one- but it's Led Zeplin!

Anyway, I only came on here for a nosey- sorry to ramble on!
