BB - maybe worth a try as a sideline but I'd rather stay in a safe job!
I have come back down to earth with a bit of a bump this evening. Confidence has gone and I feel very blue and lonely. Seems a very long day.
Never mind.
Been hanging over me like an albatross Bookie so :T
Bit of post holiday blues :grouphug: tomorrow is another day...the weather doesn't help either:cool:Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

It all seems a bit hopeless. I'm unqualified and unemployable.
I need Sally's kick up the backside services. I should be finalising the shop accounts but mentally I've left so keep putting it off. Some horrible phone calls to make too.
Never mind.0 -
Congratulations on surviving your first day BB! :T (don't suppose you have a sweet onion chutney recipe do you?)
Well done on the VAT visit Sammy, glad it went well! :j"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -

Just focus on the next task ahead of you Bookie hun, otherwise it all seems too 'big'. Worrying saps your energd makes you feel you can't cope with any of it, but each individual task, broken down and focussed on, is much more achievable. Pap's current sig is a really good one for this.
Work out what the main priority is and focus on that, don't worry about the rest. When thats sorted, work out what the next one is.
It really does help. xx"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Hows the OH tonight Linda....
He was pretty upbeat when he returned home but about an hour ago went really down, he's with son in the garage/gym punching hell out of the punchbag.
The bosses were meeting at 6pm tonight so he should find out what's going on tomorrow.
He has been looking at the Police today, says he's wondered about it for some time now but was too 'comfortable' to do anything about it. I'm not sure how I feel about that at the moment but if he wants to go for it then of course I'll be 100% behind him.
He has said on many occasions that he wishes he did a job that made a difference rather than just earning money for other people.
...Linda xxIt's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.0 -

Well you aren't unqualified or unemployable for a start.
Snags is good advice....one big thing at a time.....you don't have to do everything at once but I know to my cost that putting things off that you don't want to do just ends up taking up space in your head .....
