    It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
    We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
    Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

    I was also offered the opportunity to start a business today making and selling jams, chutneys etc (I thought the etc could be baby food) with all the equipment and stock bought for me and I do the making, selling, marketing and then a straight split in the profits.

    Nice thought but I think the market is already flooded.

    Sammy is exhausted....

    Was up at three (couldn't sleep) then went to scouseland for Vat visit....blimey that woman could talk...the visit would have been over in an hour if she hadn't talked so much, but she was lovely - then drove home...took hours cos of accident and then thank heavens for DD's. she made my tea for me....and I am just back in.....

    vat visit went well though and everything signed off hunky dory
