To update this one (i'm now back from my holiday). I emailed them and emailed them straight after ordering stressing I wanted to cancel but they said that the trial had already been shipped and I would have to go through their returns procedure. My bank insisted they could not help me at all as I had 'willingly' given them my card details.
I reported them to Consumer Direct who are currently investigating them and they very kindly sent me this template to use -
CONSUMER PROTECTION (DISTANCE SELLING) REGULATIONS 2000
On 7 August 2009, I ordered a trial of your goods (Order XXXXXXXXX). I have not yet received the goods.
Under the consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, I would like to cancel the order and request that you provide me a full refund within 30 days.
Please contact me within 14 days to arrange collection of the goods.
I sent this to them by email and had an email minutes later acknowledging the cancellation. The £59.99 that had been reserved from my card (but not yet taken) then disappeared the same day when checking my bank balance online so good news.
I've had 10 days on holiday but the trial never materialised so it looks like they never shipped it in the first place and were just liars (trying to make you feel as though you cannot comply with their unrealistic returns terms).
Buyer beware definitely - this company is disgusting. Avoid at all costs.
This is also what Consumer Direct said -
Whenever you purchase an item online or by other 'distance means' i.e. where there is no face to face meeting then the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 apply. The rights given when buying in the way covered by the Regulations means that you should be given clear information before placing your order e.g. the name and address of the trader, written information about your purchase, the price, cost of delivery, method of payment, your rights to cancel, delivery arrangements (normally within 30 days unless you agree otherwise). Therefore if you do not like the goods once they have arrived, you can cancel and receive a full refund of the money paid at the time of the order.
You can cancel at any time until the end of the seventh working day after the day on which you receive the goods, the trader would only need to receive the notice of cancellation within this time and not the goods – you will need to check your terms and conditions for more information on when and how to return the goods. You can therefore cancel even before you receive the goods if you so wish. Once you have exercised your right to cancel, which must be in writing, fax or email, the seller must refund your money in full, without a restocking charge within 30 days of cancelling the agreement.
I would therefore advise you to write a letter to the trader. The letter should either be sent recorded delivery or you should obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office. The letter should state that you are exercising your right to cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. Explain to them that you are now making 'time of the essence' for your refund, e.g. 30 days. If you do not get a refund after this time please contact us again and we can review the best way to advise you further on your problem.
I have attached a template letter you can use.
Your complaint has also been passed to Trading Standards who will assess all the relevant information and may investigate the company.11th Heaven prizes Number 103

As I posted earlier they are registered in the US, so I don't think our consumer protection authorities can touch them.0

Laz, if it's Dazzle White Pro there is another thread on them here - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1781301&highlight=dazzle+white+pro
I think when taking the trial with them, they sign you up to two other free trials too - all of which have to be cancelled by phone. I hope you get your money back as this is an awful scam.11th Heaven prizes Number 103

:j:T:T:T:jHi there just a quick update on the extreme white scam,as i posted earlier in week have been really worried arter ordering and not reading terms ect,I know i am not the only one but still feel stupid.Anyway decided to email abbeys customer services and told them my worries and they advised me to cancel my card and request a new one which is what i have done.I am returning trial kit tomorrow and have emailed to cancel,i also got offerd a chance to keep order for a one off payment of £30 , which i declined. Now my debit card has been cancelled i have been assured that they have no longer have access to my account as my new card will have different niumber ect,i would advise anybody who orderd using a debit card to do the same, the inconvience of not having a debit card for a few days is so worth it knowing that extreme white can not take money as and when they want. The peace of mind is gret after a couple of stressful days trying to solve this problem, although i have learnt a very valuable lesson when giving bank details to unknow sources.:Also they have only billed my debit card for delivery charges of £3.99,and because they no longer have my details they cannot get the £59.99 that alot of people have already been conned out of,i dont know how it works wit credit cards, but with debit just CANCEL your card with your bank, because the bank cannot stop individual payments to companies, ding this will not affect any direcr debits or standing orders you already have set up on your account.you just wont have a cash card for a few days.0

I got straight onto there web site to cancel and after filling in a short survey was told i could keep the kit for £30 and that would be it, they wouldn't send anymore kits or charge me any more. Do you think this is true? I have tried to e-mail them to ask but no reply. If anyone could answer, would be greatful0

just wanted to say i nearly fell for this scam until i read all the posts on here i sometimes do read the t&c's and sometimes i dont as theres so much to read in them that i get annoyed with it but thank you all who have posted and warned ppl about the risks0

Unlike everyone else it seems, I *did* read the Terms and conditions before ordering the trial. I tried the product, cancelled it and sent it back recorded delivery all easily within their timescaled. However, they've STILL gone and charged my credit card £59.99! I can only be glad my bank will cover the costs if they wont refund it >_>0

exactly the same with me...except i cannot get hold of them by any means, and i have contacted the durham police now, as legal or not, this is theft.0

I too, nearly fell for this "free offer". Decided to google it first and glad I did. If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is !! Thanks for the warnings0
