I to have been recently been caught out by something like this, we sold a lightshade which went in a large than required box but with extra paddnig to protect it. Buyer emailed to say it arrived damaged despite there being no evidence of damage to the box, had little choice but to refund....
Some serious twisted people out there, gladly in the main my Ebay experience has been a good one.0 -
You must tell your postie to stop signing for your items immediately. If you order lots and are not in to sign for them when they are delivered, it's your problem i'm afraid. Don't lose your postie his job through doing YOU a favour!DaveAshton wrote: »That's what I thought. Postie does you a favour, and you get him a disciplinary warning in return...0 -
To me it looks like your shirt if you see on your pic there is a blue it of cotton or something above the red lable in the shirt and exactly the same in the seller (scammers) listing or is that how all the shirts came ??
i would contact ebay and say what has happened and also contac paypal too not sure if they can do anything but it seems he/she is being fraudulent by stating that they never received an item ironing it then reselling it i suppose thats one way to make a proffit ?
ebay/paypal may do nothing but they may keep an eye on there account see how may claims they make ect
you would think they would not be so stupid as to use the same account to re sell something they never received and got refunded for
hope it all works out0 -
I've seen this many times as well. Listed as new without tags, then goes on to state that it's only been worn once!!parent_of_too_many wrote: »is this allowed? either its new or its not i thought even worn once its now used !!! i cant belive he is getting away with this !
