    What a dumb seller.

A very simple look at what he has bought and sold shows up he is buying to sell on and claiming non-receipt.

Surely he should also be registered as a business seller ;)

    TSFE.

I've asked him to pay me today and he has basically said he cannot do this as he has no money in his paypal account and I should wait 3 days when he should have some money - what do I do now?

So no reason for him not to have the money would be my argument. I have bought several things no money in palpal account just takes money direct from my bank account instead. He must have the bank account registered so argue with him. No one like being ripped off i have every simpathy with you. He is doing nothing wrong reselling the item but he is when he states they wern't recieved in the first place, have you asked why he is reselling it?

I have emailed him again asking for payment and informing him his paypal account is linked to bank account so does not need any money in his paypal account.
