I order a white one. Why have I been told it is out of stock?

It's not in stock in our despatch area within the warehouse - which is where the Order Processing guys look - but I know for a fact they are in the main warehouse and will be moved across today.

Provided everything's OK with your order (card details, bank details etc etc) then yes - an email will be sent if we have a problem, and an email will be sent if/when we despatch.

There is also a "free" jabra 2010 bluetooth headset on the order, could that be what is out of stock? If it is can i get it removed from the order and have the phone sent and just not have the headset?

We never hold up a phone order because of an out of stock accessory/freebie, don't worry :)

I'd think the most important T&Cs to a customers are the ones that determine whether or not a claim is valid, so the fact that we're discussing whether a cheque arrives in 4 weeks or 6 weeks I'm taking as a good sign :D

The discussion is on the CPW group in general not honouring their ts + cs regarding sending cashback cheques.

Your Ts + Cs say you send the cheque in 30 days. You admit that you don't.

Every time you don't you commit a fundamental breach of your ts + cs.

Doesn't 30 days mean 30 working days which is about six weeks?

My experience of mobiles.co.uk has been ok so far.

Still got to cancel dd for insurance and geek squad.

I managed to get the cheapsest deal around:

24 Month contract 25 quid a month with O2 600 mins unlimited text.

Free PS3, 40 quid cashback through quidco (which tracked fast) and Nokia 6300.

All in all if you added up the cost of free gifts you get:

    PS3 - 300
    cashback -40
    Nokia 6300 - 60?

So i got 400 quid for paying (25*24) =600 quid

So i get charged 200 quid for 24 months 600min/unlimited texts or 8.33 a month for a kick !!! tariff.

Where else can you get that lol?
