Changing the ts + cs on the website is a well known CPW tactic Savvy customers print off their ts + cs at the time of purchase!
No Terms and Conditions have been altered, and in any case this relates to sending cheques out, not how customers claim or what makes a claim valid or invalid.
All claims are processed under the T&Cs in effect at the time of ordering, of course.“Official Company Representative

It relates to the most important part (to a customer) of the contract. ie "when will I get paid?"
Currently your ts + cs say "chegue sent within 30 days".
Above you have posted your thanks to me for pointing this out, but rather than promising to adhere to it, you told us you intend to alter your website and stick in a new condition (ie allow 21 extra days to send cheque)!0 -
When custromers are paid IS part of the t&c - or else you could take as long as you like. You are sounding more and more like a cpw clone with every post. At least you have admitted that you were "confused". I'm afraid E2Save made a clear practice of "altering" and misinterpreting their t&c for the last two years. Your t&c are actually much clearer - yet still you claim only the parts you choose actually apply. I find it rather amazing and it makes all the other claims you make rather hollow. If you continue arguing down the same route you will end up totally tarred with the same brush as E2Save - no matter how much you may distance yourself when it suits (whilst at other times proudly proclaiming the opposite). As for the "external company" - your notifications of claims being passed for payment (cheques being raised) state they have been passed to CPW. So is CPW an "external" company or the one you are so proud TO BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF?0

Is the iphone 16gb completely out of stock?
You site says that there is stock.
Was there stock yesterday when I placed my order?
P.S. hope your staff get better soon, your automated phone system says you have a staff shortage due to illness0 -

Asking for a cheque to be raised is the last part of the process, and is done within 30 days (actually within 7 at the moment). We have no control over the fact that it *can* take up to 21 days for the cheque to go into the post so the very best I can do is try to make this faster (which I'm doing) and advise customers of this (which I'm doing).
I'd think the most important T&Cs to a customers are the ones that determine whether or not a claim is valid, so the fact that we're discussing whether a cheque arrives in 4 weeks or 6 weeks I'm taking as a good sign“Official Company Representative

Holidays, illness and recruitment all rolled into one I'm afraid, so we're doing our very best.
16Gb iPhone is in stock and orders should be being sent out as we speak.

If this is the case why did I receive below:
Hello,
Thank you for your recent order.
Unfortunately, the item you ordered is temporarily out of stock but a large delivery
is expected very soon. We have placed your order for this on hold and will notify
you as soon as we have more information.
Rest assured that we will not charge your card for out of stock items until they are
back in stock and ready for despatch.

It means that you have been accepted by the relevant network's credit check and our own internal ID verification process is now happening. Once your order has been reviewed to ensure it's genuine (which obviously it is) it will be despatched.
The white iPhone is in the main warehouse and is currently being moved to our despatch area, so despatch should still happen today. I assumed you had ordered a black one (most do) so sorry for the earlier reply about it already being in stock. I have a white one too for what it's worth
