I've just recounted them and there are actually 17!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've just found 4 more at the bottom of his box. 21 cards - that has to be some kind of record - I think he's taunting me for my poor performance of late. But this explains it - he's obviously nabbed all my mojo. Cheeky monkey!
  • Another easel box on my blog plus a set of instructions for Rainmac - although it's just a 4x4 easel card plonked on top of a 4x4 box :rotfl::rotfl:.

OH had a roll eyes moment tonight - told him he had spent too much on beer so I was going to buy some more big girls crayons :D:D
Officially a non-smoker but still rounder than recommended :p

Me again! Here's a thank you card I made for Whoopidoo and the story of why! Some of you may remember me looking for a glue pad at the NEC - well I couldn't get on with that so I've bought some stamp n bond which works brilliantly for glitter on stamps - I love it!

Another thank you card here- this time for the outgoing chair (male) of the PTA. It's using 8 by 8 cards that I bought from Craftwork cards and have never used!

    lovely cards glittermum! :T
I got one of those glue pads at the NEC too and only it once and thought it was carp! will have a look at stamp n bond if thats better :)

Craftygranny - Hope the 'switch on' goes well for Carly - (Can they control the volume at first so it doesn't scare her?) How's things on the Alicia front? & finally WOW at all that stash how do you find things - I forget what I've got with only a couple of boxes.......

Hi marg they turn one on first on a low setting then the next day they do the same with the other and then a week later she gets it turned on a bit more then every 2 to 4 weeks until it's at the right level and she can hopefully hear most things . The washing machine and trucks will be scary she's never heard them before .
I can never find anything that's why tony bought me the huge shelving unit :rotfl:

Your cards are fab, also love the look of the cross stitch, it's brilliant seeing the different pics as you have stitched more x

Well its my second attempt at card making (first was last christmas) so hopefully will get better :o I love cross-stitching but I can never seem to stitch quick enough - Either that or there are not enough hours in the day!

Thrifty the card you are using might just be a bit too thick, I have some punches that just won't cut card at all but are fine with paper. Sometimes I cut tin foil to sharpen them a bit.[/QUOTE]

Thanks Flourgirl - I tried paper which just got all mangled up :(. It's almost as if the die and the punch were ever so slightly out of alignment. So brute force was the order of the night ie me stood on my heel on one punch on the kitchen floor :eek::eek:. Well both punches were bullied into submission. They seem to like very light weight card but not paper or heavy weight card. I 'll try the foil tomorrow and maybe even try a light oil coating to see if that helps.

Great cards glittermum, I love the fairy card.

Flourgirl, sorry you had a bit of a nightmare at Ikea. My husband hates the shop and refuses to go with me so, I usually go with a friend for the diam cake.

Rusty, hope you have had a better evening.

Paddington your easel box cards are fab. Thanks for the instructions I'm going to have a go at doing one at the weekend. Quick question though, did you use your scorepal to make it? I don't have one, so wondered if I could make one without it?

Just added a new card to my blog, which I have given a bit of a make over to. I'm not usually a 'pinky' kind of girl but kinda like it.

OH has made another card on the craft robo, which I have uploaded to the blog. Have to admit it is a kind of cool card for a boy.
2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family.
It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,000

    CT, I love your blog!

I'm struggling to craft, due to my eyesight. I suddenly couldn't really see yesterday, and it's got no better...

I'm looking for step by step projects to do on the bind it all, if anyone knows any, I've been too wimpy to use it yet....

Craftgranny - I'll have my fingers crossed for Carly!
    Signature down for maintenance :rotfl:

Sorry Gemm :o I've found the best thing to do is throw the glitter on and leave for ages before taking the excess off - otherwsie it all seems to come off pretty quickly!
