Wooo Hooo Great to have you back Rusty. Pants about your Craftworks cards order, they are usually excellent quality. Maybe we should boycot them at the NEC!! or at least tell them their quality is going down and they may loose the custom from all of us
you never know we might get some freebies lol
Thankyouit is good to be back, hopefully I have had the kick up the bum I needed!!
When I had my last lot from them it was all good quality but now they have hiked their prices up and then send stuff like that! They are resending the card candy to me and also the missing messages and I have to return the other candy! .. I also sneakily applied for a trade account with them, just to see if they are any cheaper that wayfirst order has to be £100 but then reorders have to be over £50! .... I just spent £28 with them so who knows I might be able to get more for my money!
Edit: Can someone repost the link which had a list of all the daily challenges please? I can't find it and have lost all my bookmarks on the lappy!Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
Hi Rusty, glad to hear you are ok.
Re my butterflies, my OH created them by manipulating a very simple design he found on the internet. I'm at work now, but later tonight I will email you the file that I've been using. Flourgirl do you want the butterfly file too for the silhouette? If you do, then I'll send it to you as well.
xx
Ahh thankyou, I wasn't sure if it was one you had made or bought!! ... I have a few various ones I have downloaded, OH is still sorting out shapes for me to use like nesties and the scallops that go with them!Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -

CT that would be lovely, Thankyou so much.
Rusty is it this one you wanted
Did you both get the freebie from the online shop last week. When you bought your machines did you get a $25 voucher to spend in the shop? I did and at the moment all the dies are 99c, so I have been buying things like borders, nesties and box templates. The only trouble I seem to be having at the moment is getting the paper/card to stick to the mat!! I did look on 2peas blog and they recommend Spray Adhesive so I'm going to get some and give it a try.0 -
Just another flying visit from me........
Thank you all for the kind remarks on my blog.
Wifey - Sorry to hear they wouldn't get the whirlybird out for you! and even more sorry you've been so poorly again that they threatened an ambulance. Hope you are feeling much better now Take Care! (((hugs)))
Sal - All the best sorting out your family issues and pleased OH is well enough to go to work - something to take his mind off the pain can help.
TomsMum - Love your 40th kit.
Lil-P - thanks for info about FF stamps - think I'll have a look later.
Rusty - If you need help to achieve a big order at Craftworks & postage wouldn't kill it for you - I'd share. Thanks for my goodies. Glad to see you back - How much hair did Thomas cut off? Think most kids do it at least once - my nephew cut all the cats whiskers off and didn't tell - my SIL was worried the cat was ill:rotfl:

No problem Flourgirl, I'll send it to you later.
My OH did eventually work out how to get the missing button up on the software, thanks to Rusty's help. However, it appears that we have a different machine/model to your ones, in so much as we can not only cut but we can draw and write with sakura pens in our one, so the older version of the software isn't recognised for our machine. We have got over this problem - just so we can get the freebies from the silhouette shop - by me having the older version on my laptop, and my OH having the other version on his. I just save files onto a stick and get him to print them out. Didn't get any $25 voucher though when we bought it2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family. It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,0000 -

Oh my OH had problems with card sticking to the mat too, and went out and bought the spray adhesive, but it didn't make any real difference. In then end he bought a couple more carrier sheets from somewhere else and they are so much better than the original one we go. I don't know where he got them from, but could ask him tonight if you want.2016 is the year I am going to find time for me, and cherish the time I spend with my friends and family. It is also time to save - Aim £4,000 - So far this year - £230/£4,0000 -

CT I did get 2 extra mats from Crafts U love as part of the package and I have just opend them to have a look and they have a different backing paper (light green) to the one that came with the machine (opaque) and they seem to be much more sticky. I was just dissapointed with the originals and thought they should last much much longer than that!!
Could I have your email please
Its ok I already have your email addy, just check your mail0 -
