Luckly it was the summer fete, and the ks2 stage had done stalls for design and technology week, there was 3 classes doing it, and one was DD's. I managed to have a work with the teacher, I apologised as it was outside school, but explained that Mon was in with other class, and DD has cafcass, she was so lovely over it, shes going to have a word with DD, and keep a better eye on her Mon, prewarned she may not be in the best of moods, I was told they'd checked cctv and it backed up what one of the children has said about the bully, whereas they believed the bully. I know theres only 2 weeks left, if it wasn't the court case etc, let things lie, luckly we won't see the girl ova the hols.

On a positive we made £53, but gave dd £3, she did ask for a bigger cut!! shes def a chip off the old block, which was brilliant as the dearest thing we were selling was £2, cheapest 15p book marks, it was affordable for everyone, without sounding horrible, we're not a middle class area! so thats a 1/3rd off prague, so we've another car boot booked in for sunday, we've swopped stuff around, doing more carboot, and the jewellery etc 1/2 table.

Money wise been good, paid mum back the £60 she lent me last month for remainder of glasses, felt to good to say thank you heres the remainder back.

Once get the court case out of way, and this week be all card statements etc coming in, so will get my new SOA done. I'm using the version from CCCS, they give you top figures and some things apply others don't but without sounding daft really feel that I'm on the first step of the ladder xx

We did another fete today, nice as we didn't have to get there to midday, DD came with us, - that cost me £5 for her to go shopping, then within 30 mins I'm hungry, so she had a burger, and was very exicted as they had a bar, so I could have a bottle of cider!!

We had 2 heavy showers, they were about 10 mins, so wasn't too bad, after costs, (dd - money, cider, burger, + £6 fee), we came away with £32 profit, so really pleased, as we only had cheaper items, but it all helps out. So going to add my prague fund, - then need a plan for the rest!!

Everything is ok, DD not looking forward to 2mor, she got cafcass appointment, just told to be honest, say what she feels and without being horrible if she needs to put her foot down then be so. We're just have to get this week, and hopefully be settled. xx

Hope it isnt too upsetting for DD today. She sounds like a strong character just like her Mum though!

It wasn't a good day, had DD in tears, the Cafcass made a mistake (in my favour) and I was able to see the lifebook before DD did, damm luckly i did as he had spent 7 pages describing his stepchildren, hos partners labour (what that has to do with DD is anyone guess), that his son is the apple of his eye!

I had a few papragraphs blocked as it was emmotional blackmail.. "there was already six children when I moved into the house, then we had xx who is the apple of our eye, making the house more crowded, very noisy, can't get a minutes peace"...
"I don't what type of life you had, and whether you have a string of uncles coming in" - no I've been celebrate for a few yrs, and shes never had 1 "uncle".

I went mad as he had photos of DD and was using them to tell her how much she'd grown.... I went mad as he was not to have any photos, that was through solicitors, so rang Grandparents to ask, as it was either them of the brother, and it turned out to be the mum.... apparenlty when they were 1st in touch *4 yrs ago, but was just with me), he had had a go at them, so she gave him a few photos to show him whats he missing, she never told me, more annoying as they had seen all solicitors letters so knew he wan't to have any.

DD has been really upset, thou she did stand her ground, apparently she refused to call him dad, thou she thinks she been pushed into having letters, - got to look into that, as it relates to the smallness of the lifebook, every thing else had been censored.

Bless her she was asked did she want bday and xmas cards, she said I thought abiut it just incase there was any money, but I said no, I don't want him, and I told them I will not call him dad, so he was referred to by his 1st name.

Just not looking forward to Thursday, - just dreading it, as I reckon that he will turn up this time, espically as he should have had the letter saying ur harressing her on line stay away,

Thank you all that means the world, had DD in bed with me last ngt, she complained she was cold, so put throw on top quilt over her, and then bless her heart she curled up to me all night - def not normal, she didn't want to go to school she had a headache, but think it was a 50/50 as yes she was upset yesterday, but her teacher had a day off.... she took me to lunch to say thank you for all the help I've given her in class. Thou 3 pints of cider it had gone to my head!!

We've had a few texts from Irish grandparents, they never slept a wink, and it now finally hit them how much DD means to them, they've said they've literally disowned the son, I texted back, appriciate you though you were doing the best photos, but you knew by solicitors letters he wasn't allowed photos, and the way he has used them. DD still wants them, so to an extent they've had a reprieve, but they know how close they came to losing her, I said if DD had not meant them, I'd have walked, and she would be 18 before they saw her again.

In a way I'm so glad that the other brother is away in France, he detests his lordship, and would have just gone and flattened him.

Hopefully we're get a final answer on Thurs, its doing my head in, its knocking DD for 6, shes really gone back into her shell, when we picked her up from school the one TA came out and asked was everything ok, as for the last couple of months it not the girl they know, the teacher and the head are aware of saga, they've to coz of protection.

But 2mor we've got GP appointments, and I'm going to sound him out about if she needs to see a child phyclogist (excuse spelling), as her dad being involved has caused her to clam up, I think itwould be detrimental to her health. If I put the feelers out and he agrees then if the court case doesn't get found in our favour, I've started a ball rolling.

On a positive, I had paid another bill this month, and its pushed me over 5k target.

Some counselling for DD sounds like a good idea. It should help having someone impartial to talk to but only if she wants too. I fear she might just be fed up of talking/thinking about it or wary of another adult asking questions after cafcass etc. Hopefully not though.

One sleep to go so nearly there.

PS lol at 3 ciders shows what happens when we become parents!!
