    Hi Mum

It always amazes me the times that you post - at 3.51am you should be in bed asleep :D

59.9% Apr is horrific  It shouldn't be allowed

Well done though on reducing the debts from 15 to 14 :T It might be a long journey but one you will be proud of when you finish ;)

I was half way there was in bed! even got to a table top sale for 9am! after table made £16, quiet, but every penny helps.

been pratical day - i'm not use to be organised on a sunday, spent 2hrs at my cousins, helping his list his car for ebay, then came home and put 27 of my things on... hoping that DDs clarinet will sell, worth a try, free listing day.

    I can forsee 40 or maybe 400 winks 2mor!!

That lovely rate started off at 25%, then they just hijacked it to 59.9%, its unbelievable, but now I've got the last laugh, as got it to 0%, and with payments making, think its 5 and bit yrs then card be clear. Never want to see a card like that agian.

i'm getting the look off Bailey, as he's stretched out on the settee, as if so say go to bed, so I can have the lights off, we have one pampered pooch. xx

Sorry been weird week, it sounds daft but one of my tablets was a new brand, and its just not agreed with me, just trying to get in with my GP almost impossible, but weird.

DD been up and down this week, I've done my statement for solicitor, ready for court, thou I'm not happy that I have to give my address and DD chool details - as some of the paperwork relates to GP, so now my ex gets,
    address
dd school - address - class teacher - year
gp - name and address of surgery
mental health officer - his name

Surely courts should blank those personal details out, but I was strong, I was pround of myself as I got organised and rang round everyone, saying that the details are being released, and asking them to repsect our safety for once of a better description.

Arranged for DD to have Sat as her day, she asked could she have a friend up, so as surprise booked me, dad, dd + her friend in for 2 games ten pin bowling, - had a half price offer, mum gave me half bless her, helped out! they don't know yet, know there both love it. When I texted her friends mum, to ask, when she asked her dd if she wanted to come up, apparently it took 30 mins for her to calm down, she was so exicted. Plzed for them all.

Couple more bills before end of month, be nice to add some money to the pd total.

Debt front, the one card compant the payment plan come to end, and had letter saying all arrears would need to be pd in Fen, (only about £800!!), but one quick phone call, and as I had got 6 months pd on before due date they've extended the repayment plan, gd news, one less thing to worry about. xx

sounds like you're getting there with the bills...as for the paperwork I wouldn't have thought that they pass that on to ex...maybe a quick word with your solicitor would give you the answer.

It could only happen to me, the court case has been adjounrned.... legal issues on his side, so its adjorned for about a month.

Spoke to the solicitor as its my statement for court, he gets a copy of it as its part of the evidence that we intend to rely on.

Apparently his statement got to my solicitor this morning - so should see that next week. I'm fuming, the annoying thing is the reason why th court case has been adjourned is an issue that I said to my soliciotor back in june/sept/oct/Nov.

As i'm on legal help scheme with not working, means my solictor gets paid, if I were to work then i would have to inform legal aid board via my solicitor that Im working as i wouldn't be entitled to funding....

Very pround of my debt repayments this month as I topped the £500 figure, it has been the tightest month on history, but good pratice for Feb, hopefully should be a little bit easier.

We had DD sent home from school, sickness bug, bless her heart, she still looks really pale, the school are concerned about how pale she is, and wants the GP invloved, rang to cover my rear, the doc rang back she was really nice, said course shes going to be pale if shes been sick, apparently sickness and trots bug is doing the rounds, but she wants to see her in a weeks time.

Seemed to have so much to do, but just felt chasing tail day, spent most of the afternoon on phone, dhss, csa, doctors, - all fun + games, one positive thing we've booked a week away in Rhyl later in the yr, got a private owned caravan, for half the price of the site, So not complaining.

Its def going to be a frugal year, no unnesessary spending, what does get spent has to be needed, not just wanted.

Just a quick update, took some money into the bank, and found that we had been given a fake £10 note, the only place it came from was when we did a table-top sale, as soon as get home, empty any profit into tin, and there was £10 note there. Apparently the bank said it wasn't a good forgery! No gd to me...

Saw the solicitors Friday, - Part of me whats to hit my head against a brick wall, the other part just wants it all over. But theres nothing I can do for now.

Had a gd afternoon with DD she went on the Wii, and I even howled along to a Disney song.... then we had some Mario game, great as I could sit down. Shes up + down, bless her heart shes a little angel.

No snow here yet, thou some about 10 miles away, so reckon by morning were get some.

A week left at school, so got to get cracking with OU, at least from May I get a break, then need to start re-applying for the following school year, trying to get a course that doesn't start till after Xmas, need a break. Hopefully with these courses get Foundation Degree, not as good as full degree, but an anchievement never thought get. xx

can't belive were already half way through another month, have paid £140 today off debts, and there be £150 or so to be paid by fri, so that help the out goings.

Literally just trying to be as frugal as possible, gd 2day as Dad drove us 8o mile round trip, took DD and her friend out for the day, haven't got to give anything back off Petrol, we brought some snacks and drinks from poundworld, as DD had sleepover last ngt, made scones and then some keyrings yesterday (all stuff in house, have a little craft corner for when her friends come up), we had the day out with the kids, spent £35, but half of dinner (dad gave me half), kids went into plabarn, £3.50 but all day entry, and then the had a game of cazy golf, (£3) I stayed in with a pot of tea!!
Kids meal from McDonalds, - but thats the treat of the month, so the pictures but it be £1 showing.

Me - wasted no money on nonsense, bar rest of bills etc, all covered, just need petrol for car and trainers for DD, budgeted for. So hopefully can get another couple of pound off the debts. xx

Managed to squueze another £70 off debts tonight!!
leaves me £16 left in bank, so can pay £15 debt 2mor. feels so gd. xx

another bit gd news mums told me not to pay her the £45 off the wardrobe, she had forget about it, so thats gd news.

i know it seems mad, but watching TV tonight, the programme there was some people who were staying up to watch a sunrise, and it made me remember how I felt when back in 2001, I was with someone who was special at the time, we got up really early to watch the sunrise over the beach in Mexico.

also when I had started the diary, my debt free date was Nov 2015, but circumstances have changed, som for the best, I had a lightbulb moment that stayed on, some for the worse i took on more debt, the court saga.

As since Dec, my focus has really been debts, money, budgets, I thought a new start, as there baby steps in terms of repayments, but every £, soon turns into £10, and every £10 in £100, so new start.
