I appreciate that people on here are trying to be helpful, but making statements like the one above when you have no knowledge of what you are talking about is not helpful.
If your confirmation says 20KG than you can only take 20KG, but if you have an older booking which says 32KG then they will honour it.Political?....I dont do Political....well,not much!0 -
Are you sure, It's still on the website. Maybe try applying online. http://www.halifax.co.uk/bankaccounts/other-bank-accounts/easycash/

Theres been some discussion on HotUkdeals about booking via the Nectar website, so thought I'd advise my own experience.
I've just booked flights this afternoon & am pleased to advise they only charged £18 per bag compared to £31 via the Easyjet website.
Credit Card fees were exactly the same.
Also used £75 worth of Nectar points, so all in all am pretty chuffed0 -
Hiya,
I have 2 tickets from Gatwick to Basel on 10th March 2012, which I no longer need as my date of return has changed to 13th Mar 2012, but was wondering if there's any way I could salvage those tickets?
To change the dates it would cost me £35 each (£70 for me and wifey) and therefore not worth the hassle as if I rebooked it would cost me less.
I have heard that I could at least claim back the airport tax fee back but don't know if this will be worth my while.
I want to know if anyone else had to deal with an identicle situation and what they did with their tickets?
My initial plan is to try and sell the tickets close to the time on ebay (as ticket prices tend to shoot up) and perhaps it would be worth someones while paying £30 each for the ticket and the £35 each fee to change it into their name.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

plus the difference in fare.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0 -
Names of passengers may be changed on payment of a "name change" fee (see tables below) per passenger, per journey up to one hour before the scheduled time of departure of that flight. In addition, if there is a difference between the original fare paid and the current fare available at the time the change is made, the customer will be required to pay any increase in fare since the original booking.
So if you paid £30 and the tickets are now £150, a buyer, if they buy from you at £30 would pay...
£30 to you
£35 to change name
£120 for difference in fare
= £185
or they could just buy a ticket for £150!0 -
Re Martin's insider tip for best seats, surely these rows are the ones with extra leg room and although they are the best seats, they cost more (£8 or £12) and it's made obvious at the booking seat stage, so it's not really an insider tip.0
