Hi, i thought i would bring this back to the top of the thread because i know this is still on going. I work on the Bredbury Industrial Estate, particularly at Emerson Process Management, and our telephone number 0161 406 5914 is being used as a contact number for City Financial. We get around 10 calls a day from people chasing their loans, and we very sadly have to tell them everyday that they have been given the wrong number by a scam company. We are hoping to get our telephone number changed soon so we dont have to answer these calls for much longer.

[I was beginning to feel I was the only one who has been scammed by this bunch of c**ts. I too payed then a fee of £75 to get me a loan and was told I had been accepted by a lender who would contact me in 5 days to take my account details and deposit the loan.
I heard nothing for almost 2 weeks but it took 30 attempts to get anyone to speak from City Financials customer services who then fobbed me off by saying the lender had declined the loan but never thought to contact me.
I wrote to city financial asking for my money back and was told it takes upto 30 days for a refund. That was last week, today I called again and the girl told me someone would phone me back, low and behold no called from them.

You haven' been scammed - you signed up for their brokerage service and agreed to pay their fees. It will all have been explained in the T&Cs that you agreed to when you signed up

They told you it could take up to 30 days,so why did you waste your time and money chasing them after 7 days? Do you really think they will pay you back any sooner than they have to?
