You hastily pay them the money upfront only to find it is subject to their terms and conditions,
Dude!! Lesson Number ONE
There are terms and conditions for EVERYTHING you purchase/sign up to.
This is no revelation.
Your message should centre around your word Hastily

I to got conned by these evil human beings it started with city financial which i paid a fee of £65-00 to they told me i had to wait for my terms and conditions to come via e mail i was to sign and date it and once recieved them my lender would be in touch.
Shortly after they were i spoke to a man called Alexandra which he told me the loan was in place but i had to pay my first instalment as they do not do any credit checks or ask for a gurantor thats there way of insuring i can afford my repayments like a fool i did so i was to send it via western union to a man called mannu mannu who was in delhi india shortly after he said i would receive a call from the exective cheif of robbers ;lol which i did it was a john william address ealing road, wembley middlesex he went on to say the funds were pending into my account but was with the uk tax department as i was to pay the tax on my money he asked me to pay £350 via western union again which obviously i didnt send i learnt the hard way i think and will never be paying up front pay anything again i just hope this will help someone else from getting done.0 -

got a text of this idiots today claiming to be Citi Financial ( which of course would lead someone to believe they are part of Citi Group which are a repuable company) saying my loan for 7k had been approved and call them to complete the app, being very weary of these random texts i did some looking around, 1st by googling the number they provided - 0161 406591 and then looking on who called me, they where salted worse than the greek pm :-) then of course come onto my fav forums and low and behold a quick search and bring me to this thread, i am very surpised they have the nerve to call themselves Citi and the FSA & ombusman who are quick enough to bash banks and other major financial services companies if we sneeze without it in writing and signed in blood by god, the queen and withness by the pope havent stamped on this little muppets by now and stop these people praying on those who are deperate for a loan and use "loan brokers" i had a similar experince many many years ago with yes loans the old we need an admin fee to process your loan, then 2 weeks later they sent me a letter saying we have found you a loan with Hailifax goto their website to apply, idiots if i thought that a bank would give me a loan then i would be using them.
Stay well clear of any "loan" company that say they want an up front fee, tell them to take a hike
rant over :-)Life and Investment Support Exec,

Why do people who get approached by loan brokers never use any punctuation? Is there a link?0
-
I would add for your consideration that I've always used punctuation and attempted to write sentences in an easy to read and grammatically correct manner. Even when I compose a text message.
I have never been approached by a loan broker.

i now feel very foolish.
i applied online for a loan only to be contacted by these people.
i have payed the £65 fee and recieved the email (not the posted copy tho) but i haven't signed anything or posted anything back.
by the looks of it there is no point in returning the paperwork???
i was also contacted by several indian men asking for money, ranging from £50 to £150 (thankfully i have'nt paid them).
but the strange thing was, they knew who i'd been speaking to, my personal details and then after i paid the money they even knew my contract number???
i spoke with somebody called danielle who told me that there is people gaining peoples information from them and calling people up. the way it was portrayed was very convincing and i suppose i was a little blinded by the fact that i have just sold my car (deposit taken, meant to go in 2 weeks) to go buy another. so now thats me, my buyer and the owner of the other car that looks like have been affected.0 -
Why does it affect the buyer of your car?
You have taken a deposit from him, surely you aren't going to turn him over but try to blame it on your own stupidity with loan brokers?0 -
