God knows where she gets it from and she hardly sleeps a wink - she must be battery powered!

Transferred a grand total of 82.83 into my savings account so have 521.68 saved for RMA now and just working on next months budget which would be fine without all the little extras the month of March seems to bring. So far we have
    - DD's bday (4th)
    - DD's party (7th)
    - DS's bday (14th)
    - Nans 80th (19th)
    - Bosses wedding (20th)
    - Week off work (15-19)

In fairness the week off work wont cost anything but I wanted to put it in because I am v excited about it! x x x

    Just done it ISOM!

Evening all, have been so see Lady Gaga tonight so apologies in advance if I dont make much sense!

Not much exciting to report at the moment. OH had really bad toothache (coming out in sympathy with you I think Taxi!) went to the dentist today and has a collection of abcesses along his lower jaw - ouch! Dosed up with antib's and painkillers now so hopefully it will settle for him soon.

Kids fine, DD very excited for her birthday, DS has only asked for Ben 10 stuff and when I asked him where he wanted to go for his birthday he said Grandads! (DD is having a party so thought we could have a nice day out for DS!) Bless him.

Very impressed at the typing skills I still have considering the amount of vodka I shoved down my neck! Hope alls well xxxx

Penguin, have you tried n-power. my boiler plus 5 yrs cover was £2007 after scrappage discount, and that is fully fitted with the power flush thing. I only had to wait 4 days from the quote till they installed it.

Morning all, finally have 5 minutes for a quick update. DD's birthday was great. It was world book day the same day so she got to go into school dressed up as Captain Hook and they went to the library for the morning, then she had tennis after school and Dad went to pick her up. She had told the instructors that she had forgotton her kit (she hadnt!) so that she could do her tennis lesson in her Hook costume! Then she had swimming and we had a little tea party for her when she got home.

She and DS love the guinea pigs that we got them, she has named hers Ava and DS's is called Ben Ten (its a girl) DD is refusing to call her that so has dubbed her Ginger - we will see which one sticks!

She has her party tomorrow afternoon which she is very excited for so by tomorrow night I will be ready to sleep for a week. Luckily I am on strike Mon and Tues so can catch up while the kids are at school.

My bank account has obviously taken a bit of a hit but debt not increased and bills will be covered. We may not have much left for food but I have plenty in to improvise with.

Have another assignment due in the 10th and then DS's birthday and Mothers Day on the 14th. Nans 80th is on the 19th and we are all going for a meal (but Dad will pay) and then my bosses wedding on the 20th. So money in hot demand this month.

Have had another quote for boiler and radiators which is £2632.00 bit of a difference from BG's quote.

Other than that not much movement on the debt front which is very frustrating but to be expected this month. Just want rid of the RMA debt so the savings are going up very slowly. Havent had to touch them yet and really hoping that we dont have to but we shall see.

Hope everyone is well, need to do a big catch up with everyones diary at some point today. Havent had a spare minute lately.

Heating is working but still no hot water. Should be getting it done in the next week or so. Have got used to it now though, the poor kettle is in overdrive!

Its going to be so distruptive getting it done though. Have no choice but not looking forward to it!

Off to scrabble now, hope my letters have improved! x
