Where within online banking can you report a lost/damaged card?

From what I can gather the RBS/NatWest online banking is identical, i'm with NatWest and I cant see anywhere within online banking to report it.

Probably because i've a step account (damn pesky solo) rather than full current acc?

Just opened a A&L account for the Visa Debit and was thinking of closing my Natwest account (CS messed me around a lot and the queues in my local are LONG!). But will keep it open. A&L have a great interest rate though

Will it work if I say my Natwest card is lost? And if it does when should I do it lol or is it only for RBS .

I wouldnt rush to report your natwest card lost just yet.

As at the moment its only RBS customers, Natwest will follow a few weeks later.

I'm tempted to request a replacement card from RBS myself but I don't want to take the chance of getting just another Maestro. Think I'll wait till someone on here receives one first.

RBS Direct Banking confirmed to me over the phone that they will now be issuing the Visa Debit card for all lost/stolen/replacement requests.

Just ordered mine, said my card was faulty, the advisor told me that a new Visa Debit card will be with you in 2-4 days.

I wonder if NatWest are the same, or if it is being phased in on different dates.

I know this is sad, but when you get the card can you post a pic minus the card number obviously, they are still showing Maestro and SOLO on their website. Suppose it might change overnight.

Natwest will follow a few weeks later.

If you look at the natwest international website all the links refering to the visa debit transition have now been removed !!
