Of course websites accept visa debt cards its jut like any other debt card accept with a visa number. And processed slightly different from switch and solo.

I know websites accept visa debit, im on about the brand new visa debits from RBS because i dont think its been put on any online sites at all.

I used mine on the BT website earlier to make a payment and it went through ok.

U need to report it to the bank so they sort it out.

Just got off the phone again with RBS and they say it's a problem on the merchants side and not theirs . But I'm thinking if that is the case then why did both Capital and Barclaycard not recognise my card and why are other people having the same problem!

Because its a debit card payment the transaction still needs to go via a merchant.

My RBS Branch now claim they arent issuing highline 100 visa debit cards???

So is the new Visa 4751 card better than the highline card?

Just got mines today and have not tried yet. Hopefully they will get it sorted just in case my card gets declined.

I just opened an account last week with RBS and just recieved my new Highline 100 visa debit card today:D
