It's still on Couponnet, but obviously for me says print limit reached I get print limit reached on the direct link too, can anyone else confirm please which one/both?

Hi moyilla

Sorry to hear about your bad shopping trip today. There would have been staff in the cash office today, so all they needed to do was ask them and you would have been fine.
The best thing to do is complain, go higher than the store and tell them how you feel and also the names of staff/manager. Better still go in tomorrow if your friendly DM is there and have a chat to him, also ask if you could fill out a customer comment form regarding your 'run in'.
All checkout staff should of had training on the coupon policy, so there is no excuse. Staff are there to be friendly and to help customers.

I left the shop and went home and as I walked through my front door the phone was ringing and a very nice lady from Tesco apologised profusely about the treatment I had received and said she would make sure that all staff had a refresher training session. Touch wood, I have not had any problems since in that particular store!

So Moyilla just grow that skin a bit thicker and try again!

Hi i just found a Moc in yesterdays magazine from the News of the world.
It is for 50p off cat food.
I was so happy when i found it! lol

I also had a good shop in T's today used my last Lidl voucher and got £35 worth for £2!

Right so tomorrow is another day.

I have just printed my coupons off, my favouite SA is in tomorrow so I know I won't have any issues with her.
