Hi everyone,
Hope you are all well? I won't make beat about the bush I have just had my worst experience yet in Mr T's.
Is it really worth it guys? I'm not very good in situations like this, I get very embarrassed, tongue tied etc, I thought I was over the worst of this but I think the worst is yet to come.
oh moyilla that must have been awful for you,you need to develope a thick skin to do this, there will always be the ones that take great joy in humiliating us, we are not doing anything wrong I do wish they would take a step backwards.and leave us in peace,:eek::eek::eek:Live for today, for tomorrow is promised to no-one.

Last day for Times 55p moc...hope the new issues are here tomorrow......wasn't going to T's today but as it was next door to B& Q popped in...at checkout the supervisor came over to me and said she was so pleased to see me ,as she has been looking out for me for a couple of weeks. It was the T's that I'd had the probs re F/Foods...she said she wanted to aplogise for not taking my word for it and was glad to see me shopping there , and she hoped I had my coupons with me...no F/Foods as wasn't intending to spend £25 but had £15 worth of shopping and paid 91p. young lad said it was fab I was using mocs and could I give him the sites where they were from ...I wrote down the addresses and another Sa came over and copied them down as they are off to Uni in September and want to be able to save money themselves...so good when you don't feel like you are doing something wrong!!!0

Hi everyone,

Moyilla, I feel so sorry for you for your unpleasant experience.
I don’t understand why some staff are so hostile, there is no excuse to abuse someone for using a facility that Tesco offers. I’m certain Tesco must provide customer care training. If staff are uncertain or even mis-informed about any of the policies surely all they have to do is look them up or politely take your details and say someone will get back to you. As I said in my earlier post, I had a really nice experience today that I felt I had to comment on, but surely my experience should be the rule and not the exception.0 -

Hi everyone,
Hope you are all well? I won't make beat about the bush I have just had my worst experience yet in Mr T's.
I spent 40 minutes defending myself at the tills. The SA queried the Lidl coupon - I don not have a problem with the SA doing this as I can take it up with the supervisor etc etc.
Because today was a Bank Holiday they only had skeleton staff  Not 1 person in management/supervisor etc who knew me. Instead I got a supervisor who said I was using photocopies (the Domestos coupons) and that I had to buy the items. It just escalated and got out of hand. I have never felt so alone but I defended myself. I kept clam stuck to the facts showed my personalised email, the policy that the store sent me - which she said didn't exist even though it was signed by checkout supervisor AND SHE ACCUSED ME OF SIGNING IT  - told her I shopped there most days etc I have used the Lidl all week as it is a conditional spend but nope she refused them.
There were 3 customers behind me all watching, listening and laughing.
I feel so poop to be honest. I think it is now worse knowing that I am doing everything right but staff are saying I'm wrong and I am as good as stealing from them.
She took my name and kept my coupons seperate from the rest of the till to be checked by the cash office. I told her to ask for the DM as he knows me personally (he is on holiday, boy I wish he wasn't)
Is it really worth it guys? I'm not very good in situations like this, I get very embarrassed, tongue tied etc, I thought I was over the worst of this but I think the worst is yet to come.
Oh No, you poor thing. Can I ask which Tesco it was, so we can all go in mob handed, and show them who is right... US. xx0 -
