Sorry i haven't been on for a few days, but it's been busy here.
Well we saw lots of people about my daughters situation, and we were rushed through with appointments to see all sorts of different surgeons really quick, and all were lovely.
But without going into the details to much on here, my daughter ended the pregnancy. (please don't think bad of her)
It wasn't an easy decission, believe me, but like the lady in the link posted above, there was little chance of survival and more complications than we had 1st thought.
He arrived on sunday evening, and the hospital were lovely, we got to see him as well.
We are just waiting for a service to be sorted out.
Many thanks for your wishes.0 -
So sorry to hear that - RIP little one.
I don't think bad of your daughter. It's understandable that you didn't want the little lad to suffer and it was kinder to let him go peacefully than put him through a lot of pain and suffering which may not have helped him at all. She's been brave to have made that decision.
Thinking of you all xxHere I go again on my own....0 -

I would not think bad of you or your daughter in this. I would have probably done the same... If I was that brave!!!!! Keep well and support each other - that what families are for!Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -

I would never think badly of your daughter - it must have been the hardest decision in the world to make. No-one should judge a person's decision about something of that magnitude unless they are unfortunate enough to have even experienced a tenth of something so traumatic.
Your daughter may need a long time to grieve over this and I'm not sure if the hospital automatically offer counselling but it may be an idea to suggest this to her.
My thoughts are with you all.

Big hugs to you both, we are not here to judge and it must have been heartbreaking for her to make the decision.
