I used them about five years ago and the experience was very positive, so I decided to use them again for house purchase. Well it appears to be a lottery, the service fully depends on the conveyancer, or they totally lowered the expectations since then. Totally unprofessional and incompetent service, never returning calls, had to chase endlessly, they did several gross mistakes during the case, I lost some money due to premature call to completion. It took them 5 months to get the registry titles.

Avoid them, they are cheap for a reason, and this is the false economy in this case.
