Morning all, I've been out for a 5 mile walk/jog and thiw week it only measured 8500 steps, last time it measured 10,000, but this was because I jogged some of it and it doesn't measure that for some reason, so its all good really

Just about to jump in the shower now then am going to get some ebaying done this morning before I collect ds this afternoon

I've lost my first stone and it's only taken fifteen days. Always comes off me in lumps in the first weeks of a healthy eating plan. Not sure the next six stone will come off quite as quickly.

Morning all, I've had a win!! I've won boxes of Dorset Cereals, apparently you get 18 individual boxes (one portion size) and its yummy muesli stuff, never tried it before but am very excited :j :j
