    Okay, my soa:

    Income:

    wages 690
    tax credits 493
    child ben 80
    maintenance 320

    total 1583

    Outgoings:

    mortgage 340
    contents 8
    life !!! 28
    electric 59
    tv licence 11
    water 20
    car tax 13
    car ins 25
    car maintenance 28
    ground rent 15
    service charge 25
    childcare 100
    council tax 77
    broadband 25
    mobile 30
    food 150
    petrol 60
    birthday party fund 10
    school lunches 10
    sofa 21
    gym 31

    total 1086

    income - outgoings = 497

This extra money is split as follows:
    isa 50
    mortgage overpayment 200
    general living on money 247

I don't have any debts other than my mortgage which currently stands at £46,000. I am aiming to reduce it to £40,000 by the end of this year and the longer term plan is to clear the mortgage by my 40th birthday (4 years and 2 days :D).

I already chuck £200 from my income into the mortgage pot but also any extra money I make also heads in that direction. This comes from ebay / car boot sales / matched betting / surveys / anything else that I can think of ;):D

Ah yes, the summer hols challenge Yukkibear ;):o
I work in a school and therefore am lucky enough to have a huge long holiday at the moment. I challenged myself to make an extra £1000 but so far have only got up to £28.40 :o:o However, I am planning on doing a car boot sale this weekend so hopefully that figure will go up a bit soon.

Just going through some old stuff and found that last year at the start of the summer holidays my mortgage free date was March 2030, so in the last 12 months I have brought my mortgage free date nearer by just over 6 years :j :j
