    Hi Benben

We got a great bed off freecycle for DS, we had just moved house and couldn't get his divan bed up the stairs so he was sleeping on a matress on the floor within days of us looking someone put it on freecycle and it was in great condition. I think youngsters grow out of these beds when they get older so people quite often get rid of them, it's worth looking out for.

Hope you're feeling better soon, I find it hard to concentrate on anything when I've got lots of emotional stuff going on and it's hard to get back on track. You're a strong woman you'll get through all this and what an amazing roll model to your son you are, look at all the progress you've made so far, if you do not make any further overpayments on your mortgage it'll be paid off just over 10 years from now which is amazing just in itself. Chin up chick, we're all here to cheer you on.

    Minky x

Thank you all, am feeling a little better today but not much :o After school we went to the local softplay place with ds's friend and his mum, they are moving away next week and ds is gonna miss him sooo much :(

Spent £4.50 there, then another £3.28 in McD's for tea on the way home :o:o However, on the plus side, postie brought me the dry shampoo I won in the glamour comp, its a weeny little can but is worth £5.99 apparently  He laso brought me a bag of brown sugar, guess I must have filled in for some freebie or other at some point ... I also won £6 in the sweepstake at school (Germany being 3rd), and my frined won £40 (Spain :T), and we had already decided to put any winnings we both made towards the bowling/pizza night out next monday, theres 4 of us going, so hopefully now it won't cost much at all :D

Milly I break up next thursday, ds breaks up on the friday :)

I will keep my eye out for a cabin bed on freecycle, mum has a spare single mattress, I think my grumpiness to do with the bed comes from having to accept we won't be moving :(

Morning :) It wasn't quite such a struggle dragging myself out of bed this morning, a bit more sleep definitly helps the mood too. Weight is back up to 10.5 stone this morning  so must must must do something about getting on track again. I have cut up loads of melon to take to school with me and a mullerlight yoghurt, not much else thats good pointswise in the fridge other than salad and I have od'ed on salad recently and am quite sick of it now :o

Ds has swimming after school tonight, and I will need to buy bread, milk etc, so today won't be a nsd.

Even 10st 5 is a stone and a half less than you were a short while ago. It is like the debtbusting etc, difficult to do week in week out, and there are too many other contributing factors for it to be easy!

But you are doing really well - track again for the rest of the week, don't get on the scales until Saturday, enjoy your week and look forward to the summer hols.

As for the salads, how about swapping them for roasted veggies and pasta or couscous - yum yum, summer flavours, but not a lettuce leaf in sight!

Hey BB... I wish my situation was sorted as we'll have to get rid of DD's bed when it is.

I'm sure you'll BE back down weightwise soon, you've got a lot going on in that head of yours so cut yourself some slack.... :grouphug:

Diet has gone to pot again today :o:o Okay, I think I need to focus on getting through to the end of term (next thursday) and then concentrate on the weight and exercise from then on. Tomorrow night we're going to a bbq so will be eating there, and I'm so tired at the moment I can't get my head round everything right now. So, I'm going to start planning the next phase of weightloss and will kick it off properly next week.

I'm also planning to overhaul my budget, my targets for the rest of the year, in fact all my plans generally :D I've got so much going on that I need to accept that financially things are going to change and I need to think about how I'm going to adapt to that. Its also almost that time of year for a new diary (I usually start one towards the end of July), so time to think about that too ....
