Been to Tescos, spent £50 again  but this did include a new iron (only £7 but will do for now), and I picked up Forrest Gump for £3 which we're just sitting down to watch while I do some comping :D

1lb off this week, was hoping for more but its still good :) Right, mum and dad are coming for lunch so we have a mega cooking session planned first; ds has decided to make: a pizza (like a clock face), bread rolls, chocolate brownies, trifle and meringues :o Not sure how this is gonna turn out but hey ho :rotfl:

Is it really wrong that I've spent half of this morning looking at holidays abroad for this summer :o:o Considering I have a major flying phobia it does seem quite daft, am guessing its just cos its a lovely sunny day here today :)

We have also managed to make some bread rolls (which actually taste nice!), chocoalte brownies, jacket potato boats and a trifle (jelly doesn't want to set though :(). Ds has loved it and has done almost all the weighing and mixing bits so all good stuff for him :D

Sounds like you are having a fabby day, benben. Well done on WI too - 1lb is pretty good, and you must be the lightest you have been for some time, so that is all very positive.

I'm loving the nice comments that I am getting and even people who I thought would never notice have done so. Funny though, (X)OH hasn't commented at all.......:rotfl:

How about Eurocamping or something similar - I've driven through france and it is not that daunting.

We have been to Berny Riviere (haven't done a link, but is easy to find) which was a lovely campsite and was only about an hour from Disneyland Paris, which of course was on the list of places to go. But even the campsite itself has plenty to keep you and Ds occupied with little extra spends.

Having spent the afternoon at the beach less than a mile away I'm already thinking I'd be crazy to shell out best part of £1k to go abroad with ds when I am so lucky to have all this here for free ;) I did ask about hiring a beach hut for a week but they all were let in January, maybe next year! We've had a lovely day, all the cooking this morning, mum and dad then came over and ate lunch and it genuinely was really nice; def not gonna let him make the brownies again for a long long time or all the weight will pile back on very rapidly :o I haven't had a good day ww wise today, in fact I haven't counted a single point, but its been a lovely day, feels like I'm on my holidays! We went to the park and then the beach and have just got back and am planning on taking it easy tonight too :)

Hypno, once I lose another 2.5lbs I'll be the same weight I was when I got together with ds's dad, which was about 11 years ago, so that will be nice :) I did go about 1.5stone lower than this a few years ago but that was when he left and although it was probably the best I've ever looked weightwise it was also the worst I've ever felt inside, so did nothing to make me feel any better, so this time round hopefully I can have both :D

SS, I haven't given up on the idea, I'd still love to move, but with only one viewing in over 2 months I think its unlikely to happen any time soon :( I think this is probably why I've taken my eye off the ball recently moneywise, although I have been concentrating on my weight and it always seems to be one or the other, can never manage both together :o
