OMG< I've had a treat and eaten my easter lindt bunny this afternoon, and have just checked the points and it was 24 :eek: :eek: I'm only allowed 19 a day Bum!! I'd already had 10 for breakfast/snack and lunch too Oh well, glad I went for a walk earlier now, think I might dig out the Davina dvd tonight too just to stop me feeling so guilty. I had bought a WW meal for tonight (3.5pts), not sure whether to have it and carry on from there like normal, or whether to just wait and see if I get hungry

Anyone atching Escape to the Country?? How cute does Alistair Appleton look with a beard?? I hate them normally but ahh he's utterly scrummy

I am heading for the treadmill until 8 then will have a WW meal after that if I can be bothered. Then will be uber good for the rest of the week!!

Glad theres a positive in it somewhere Hypno I'm going to do my davina dvd tonight and then do it again tomorrow and a 5 mile walk tomorrow too, hopefully then I will feel better about it again. I don't know why I even ate it, its been in the fridge since Easter and hasn't tempted me before. Lesson learnt, (1) don't keep yummy choccy in the fridge, (2) check all points before eating

I think there's another positive - perhaps the wee jolt to your system will sort of confuse your body and stop you plateauing... what's one wee bunny in the grand scheme of things? You are doing fab just go back to normal tomorrow:).

Thankyou SS, well I've just done the whole davina dvd, before I've only ever done 2 out of the 3 setcions, so maybe thats another positive after all Its wierd, I haven't done it for ages, so was expecting to huff and puff for 10 minutes before giving up, but as I'm not carrying so much weight it was definitly much easier even though I haven't done it for yonks :T Doesn't mean I'm looking forward to repesating it again tomorrow, but at least the guilt of the bunny is slightly diminished
