Just had my bath and honest to God I think every seagull within a 20 mile radius has used my kitchen window as a toilet while I was in the bath   Check out my f/b pic if you don't believe me, I've never seen anything like it :rotfl: :rotfl:I'm just pleased the window was closed at the time :D

Yuk it looks horrible !!!

I know :o:o I'm not cleaning it tonight though as I'm all clean now ready for my night out, so will have to be done in the morning instead :D The wierd thing is my bedroom windows and my lounge windows are either side of the kitchen one (all velux ones on same wall) and only a few feet away, and they are all still completely clean :o

Cheers for the heads up on the Railcard, BB. Thinking of doing a few football matches by train next season and this will be a boon...
    Bless you! :T

Morning all :) Went out last night, was a very good girl and only had one proper drink. This morning I need to give my parents a lift to a local town at 8.45 so am up nice and early to give me sufficient time to wake up properly :rotfl:

Todays plan includes collecting ds and getting his homework done. Other than that I may stretch to a roast dinner, or may leave that until monday, hmm decisions ...

No problem about the railcard Mart, its a great offer isn't it :)

I'm feeling very virtuous now, I took mum and dad and decided to come home and NOT switch on the laptop, instead I put my trainers on and my ipod and went for a walk (4.5 miles) which has seen me hit my 10,000 steps on my walk with me thing already today :j :j (Kinda makes up for the 4 mini creme eggs I had for breakfast I guess :o :rotfl:)

I'm impressed.....not with your breakfast (am just jealous of that!), but with your walking, well done!:T
It's cold and wet here, I'm freezing...and my poor dd2 is in a tent on guide camp, bless her, I feel sorry for them!:p

Thank you Milly, I thought it would make sense to do it before ds comes home, but having just googled kids walking it seems that boys aged 6-12 should be walking 15,000 steps a day to stay healthy   Ds could never do that much I don't think! However, between us we will try and increase our walking this week :D

He would do a lot more steps than you per mile though wouldn't he? Running round the playground playing footie or tig will up his mileage too.

I had mini eggs for brekkie yesterday:o and more than four!

Aha good point, hadn't thought of that :o We do have 2 of the walk with me measury things, but he can't remember where he put his, so maybe this afternoon I will have a hunt around for it and then we can both measure how we're doing :)
