Morning
Matched bet finished for £2.50 profit, again only a small amount but is all useful. Nothing new in the banking, scratches aren't awake yet, nothing else to report so far today

We went to the dentist tonight and, after asking her to check what was going on with his teeth as he still has no wobbly ones and no signs of any being wobbly anytime soon, she looked and said the front one was wobbly, and its almost falling out already! Ds checked them after school and they were solid, then we went to McD's for tea (I only had nuggets
), and suddenly ones almost out
I did feel a complete lemon but was very pleased for ds who is extremely excited :j

How cute about DS's teeth
DD lost her first the other day, she literally lost it as she was eating something and then came into the other room to see me and hadn't realised it was gone!
Her second one is just about to drop, woo hoo!!0 -

Still nothing on the flat, the estate agent gave me some nonsense about it will pick up after the election ... not holding my breath though
Tomorrow is payday so tonight needs to be budgeting and banking sorting out nightThis month I really must start sticking to writing down what I spend any money on. I've got really rubbish at tracking what goes where and I know I'll feel more motivated if I can see what I have left during the month. I also need to make a lot more effort with the £10 challenge in May, this month has been pants, but next month I really must try harder, will try and get some bits on ebay this weekend too to start it off

Yay its the weekend :j :j I've been and done tonights mystery shop and have submitted it already, so am quite pleased with myself there
That gives me another £8 to add to the pot for April, its also payday although for some reason its £8 less than normal, nothing on the payslip to explain why so will need to look into that. I know its only £8 but hey, why should I suddenly be getting less?
So, plan for the weekend involves;
food shopping, finishing the list I did the other day, ds homework, out with mates on saturday night, another mystery shop tomorrow, going to the funday on monday and maybe even a bit of exercise thrown in there at some pointMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

The money from payday that needs to go into the mortgage pot has duly been moved across, that amount is gradually increasing, it now includes £200 normal overpayment, £14 saved from the electric dd, £6 from my last payrise and £31 gym payment saving, meaning that Mays £10 a day challenge has already got £51 towards itMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

I have spent this evening sorting finances yet again, it was the end of the month, trying to get it all to balance kinda stuff
Anyway, the uphsot of it all is that May is going to be a tough month, but its sort of self-inflicted; basically if I can stick to my budget for this month then I will have paid for my new straighteners and the HIPS report without having to touch any of my savings
So, that means that in May I have £200 to spend on food, £60 for petrol and £102 for anything else, which is a much lowr amount than I usually budget but as there are no school holidays to worry about this month I'm hoping is could be do-able. There are 4 weekends this month, 2 of which ds is away and I usually don't spend much then anyway, and one of the ones when he's at home is when we're going to London for the day and thats already paid for
It does mean that every penny spent needs to be recorded, but it would be nice to get a good month under my belt, and then by the end of next month I may hopefully be moving in the right direction in terms of selling the flat too
Lastly the £10 challenge also needs a lot of focus in May; I already have the £51 to start me off and I am also claiming for petrol expenses for the course I've been on at work, which will total 150 miles in all, not sure how much you get per mile but it will all go into the pot anyway as the petrol was budgetde and paid for last monthMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000

Hi Benben, I think the government/official rate for mileage is 40p per mile - that's what I claim anyway, so there's 6 days' worth of £10 challenge0

Ooh I hope it is Kittikins, that would be fab
Weigh-in day again today and another 1lb loss for me this week which makes me 10 stone 13lbs :T More people are noticing at work now too which is nice and helps me to keep going.
So today looks like this; swimming lesson with ds at 9, then he is collected by his dad and I'm off to do another mystery shop in another town, then tescos. Not sure what I'll do this afternoon yet but then out for drinks tonight. Off to check the bankingMortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000
