Perhaps after baby in bed and children settled you may feel more like a quick walk round the block. My friend has 4 children aged 5 and under - never mind giving the kids a time out, I think she goes out for her own quiet time. The smallest deed is greater than the grandest intention ~ Anonymous0

I would but other half away for the week so it is either with baby or not attall. Might try and do an exercise dvd instead.
I know if I do something tonight I will feel much better0 -
DH away - 4 children - evening alone -- sleep I say! Watch your own telly shows for an hour and go to bed v v early :O) Exercise will always be there tomorrow and no doubt you do your fair share of going. The smallest deed is greater than the grandest intention ~ Anonymous0

Well it is rainy and windy and cold so I did my 30 minutes indoors - repititions of 2 minutes cross trainer and 2 minutes thigh trainer. I can definitely see an improvement in ability now. I couldn't do 10 minutes weeks ago so I am chuffed.
And I decided to actually ask for sponsorship for RfL this year. Most years I don't ask as almost everyone I know is racing but I have £65 so far which is great.
The Running Made Easy book is back at play.com for anyone who is interested - £7.49 inc delivery. The smallest deed is greater than the grandest intention ~ Anonymous0 -
Well I have just written off this week as Just finding it too exhausting to fit it while being on my own with the kids, I really hate running with baby in the pram and I can't do it when its raining with her anyway.
Have decided to start again with week 4 on Sunday as other half yet again going away for the start of next week.
On the positive I recieved my bottle from wiggle.com anyone thinking about ordering with them should as their delivery is v.fast .0 -
Hi trinny, I wouldn't worry too much about a little break - it can be a nightmare scheduling time to yourself when you have a DH around but it must be impossible on your own.
The wiggle delivery time was fab, I will certainly use them again - free delivery good too.The smallest deed is greater than the grandest intention ~ Anonymous0 -

k9cuddles that is fantastic! Did you run the full 3 miles or are you running /walking? I am just about managing my 2 minutes of each and still find it v v hard, I am sure I'll get there but can't imagine ever running even for 3 minutes.
You have done so well - your BF and your Mum must be proud.
Haven't heard of indoor skydiving but it sounds adventureous! The smallest deed is greater than the grandest intention ~ Anonymous0
