A number for Envirofon, taken from the Say no to 0870 unverified list is 01625 667867. Please let us know whether it works or not. ;)

Envirofone have a message on their website saying that they are moving:
    Disruption to telephone support
envirofone.com is moving offices this weekend because of our rapid expansion plans.

More on Say no to 0870 here.

thanks, I missed that on the website. Does it give any indication as to when their lines will be up and running or have they changed numbers?

The link to the page is here.

In answer to your question, it does not give any timeframe except they won't be able to take any calls from Friday at 2.30pm. There is no date on this.

There is no reason to change the 0870 number. Do you call these rip-off numbers?

However, I would expect that the 01625 numbers will change.
  • I use envirofone for the charity I run and have found them totally profesional and speedy. I have found however that phones sent in at the same time can often be processed days apart. Give it time :)
Save a life. Learn emergency first aid.
Who knows what might happen tomorrow or who may need help.
Contact your local college or first aid provider to enquire about free courses in your area.

Already a first aider? Have you updated your first aid to the new 2005 guidelines? Most providers should now be training the new (and more effective) CPR protocols, see if they are offering refresher courses near you.
  • I've got a phone that still says WAITING despite them confirming it was received on 24th Aug! They are very slow indeed.
