Sounds like it's a sign that it's meant for you... if you see it at the weekend and you still like it then go for it! And stop looking at other dresses once you've deceided so you don't start thinking 'have I done the right thine?!'0

OOh, I've just googled it- very pretty0

and so unlike anything i thought i would end up with, i'm not the most girlie girl in the world but i suppose if there's any day to enjoy dressing up it's your wedding day :rotfl:
I like the style of that adelaide but with all the beading across the bust area it might just draw too much attention to my erm *assests* which are somewhat ample so I'll be leaving adelaide to you, methinks

I have found dress shopping to be a very varied experience depending on the shop. I went to three different places; in one I was offered tea and biscuits and they asked me to pick three dresses, then they picked three I might also like, depending on the styles I'd chosen. In the second, they let me chose as many dresses as I wanted. In the third, I'd made an appointment to try on a specific dress and made it clear I was very interested in the dress. The level of customer service was close to zero.
It's not as if she was rude, but after I came in and said I was there to try on that particular dress, she called over to the assistant "can you come over and put her in Harmony". I was honest and said that I'm dithering between Mori Lee and Alfred Angelo and as soon as the assistant heard that I wasn't making my mind up that day, she wasn't interested in the slightest.Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0 -
I cant even decide on which bridal stores to go to let alone on a dress, I keep saying I can put it off as there is plenty of time, but if it takes me 3 months to decide on where I want appointments I really may be fighting al loosing battle!
Its supposed to be every girls dream to go shopping for a wedding dress......why on earth do i dread it so much!??!
Maybe I should just find a dressmaker and let her wave a magic wand over me?!?!0 -
my advice- just pick one. Book an appointment for as soon as possible and just do it. The longer you put it off- the more you will dread it, and it's really not all that bad.0
